Love coming to this place. I drop off my clothes and get them washed and folded, and it’s great! Prices are fair unlike some other LIC places, clothes smell great and are washed and folded with care. Would highly recommend

At Climate Week in NY and staying not far away. By the end of the week I needed clothes washed and didn't have time to do myself. Dropped off my clothes at midday, were ready by 8pm. Super clean, folded and ready to go! Lady was very nice and only cost $13. Highly recommend!

I came to this laundry to wash a bit of clothes I have from staying at a nearby hotel. I’m from NYC so I’ve had my share of laundrymat experiences. The laundry was clean and organized laundry. It has what looks like new machines and a pay card you can pay with cash, credit ir debit. But the dryer machines suck. First time I went I put 24 minutes and my 10 pieces of clothes were still damp. I thought maybe I had a faulty machine. I went a second time and tried a different machine. Most my clothes (still 10 pieces) I let the lady know that my clothes was still coming out damp. She said I needed to put in more time. It didn’t make sense. I tried to explain that I literally had 10 pieces of clothing and putting 30+ minutes didn’t make sense for that little bit of clothes. She insisted. I tired a different machine and still had the same issue. It just seems like a money grab to me where I’m spending more money on drying my clothes than usual.

This happened on June 13th, 2025. I was taking my clothes out of the dryer when a male staff member came up to me and started speaking, but I couldn’t understand him due to his broken English. At first I thought he was offering help, but then he got annoyed and told me to move my clothes to the folding tables across the laundromat. I explained that I was just putting the clothes directly into my bag, so there wasn’t really a need to do that extra step.
He then got visibly irritated and started speaking to me in an angry tone. I actually offered to step aside so he could service the machine, and I even asked if he wanted me to take my clothes out first, or if he preferred to do the maintenance before I continued. But instead of just answering or working with me, he got more and more aggressive—talking over me, raising his voice, and acting like he wanted to kick me out. This was at around 9:20 PM, even though the laundromat closes at 10. A second staff member came over too, but she also didn’t explain anything clearly, and the situation just kept escalating.
Through it all, I tried to stay polite, asked questions, and even told the guy to calm down because there was no reason to act like this. I wasn’t causing any trouble—just trying to get my laundry done like always. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for six years now, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. It was upsetting, uncalled for, and just plain bad customer service. I really hope the management takes a hard look at how their staff treats loyal customers.

Great place. Lots of machines, really clean and it’s even nicely decorated with lots of potted plants. The attendant was super friendly and helped me with the card machine since it was my first time here and I wasn’t sure how it worked. Tip - bring cash, there is a $1 transaction fee if using credit card.

I'm from out of town and this is my second time coming here, it's been a very easy, clean, pleasant laundry experience. If your hotel is near by and you're here for an extended time I highly recommend this place

The owner let me do a load of washing after 8:30pm (their final wash time), and was lovely to me despite making him close up a little later

Probably the best laundry in town. The owners are very helpful and kind, we had a nice chat about France as well !! The place couldn’t be cleaner, there are a lot of nice plants as well. Can’t wait to come back !
