Always very helpful and kind. Knows what they are doing. I only go to MacBell as they have been around for over 45 years. Tailoring , washing, dry cleaning, of clothes. Etc.

Great service, but you do pay for it. I have not been disappointed with any of my alterations - formal dress, jumpsuit & palazzo pants. They are always able to complete my alterations in a timely manner which I so appreciate. There's also parking at the back of the building which makes it easier to get in and out.

Do not recommend this place for alteration at all! Brought a $200 prom dress and had it pinned the way we wanted with a tapered back. Went to pick up and it was hem evenly in the way without any tapered end. The lady made it sound like we gave wrong instructions and pretended dumb and don't understand English. Unless you are Korean, I don't think they treat you right. It ruined our $200 dress and because of they asked us to pick up in a week, we don't even have enough time to get another one. Very unprofessional!

One of the best alteration and dry cleaners around this neighborhood. Had a pants altered here and they shortened the length of pants in perfect. No complaints at all and highly recommended. Very friendly staff too!

Extremely courteous and friendly staff, located at a quiet area on Bell Boulevard so parking is relatively easy. First time here but will definitely be returning in the future.
