very neat and organized.
Staff is very veryy friendly, accommodating and great customer service! I had drew (sorry if i spelt the name wrong) help me with picking and finding out what shades suit me. He also assisted me with trying on lipsticks. I felt like my shopping experience was worth it. I was taking a long time deciding what to get since the selection of products are great, and i was there for a while! but he was very patient with letting me experiment what kind of product I want. I was able to get the lipliner shade that I want when I thought it had been sold out already.
This store is very nice and welcoming!

The lady told me they were sold out, even online. And I ordered my products right when I left the store. Disappointed about the service there. I was there today around 5:45pm. She was mean. Not coming back.

Specifically for Deante! I walked in on a whim wanting to try lipsticks I’d seen swatches of on tiktok and when none of them panned out the way I’d hoped he made a suggestion I would have never tried for myself. He knew I am not a fussy makeup person and really understood how to work with my natural coloring. Now I have a favorite nude lip and blush combo!

I was actually really excited to go back in the Mac stores after many years. But the ladies that worked there on March 2, around 6pm was not welcoming at all. When asking about certain products the young lady with the braids response was very condescending.
