Tachel is a professional makeup artist. She is very nice and patient, providing me with a full makeup service for free. You can book an appointment online anytime. The workers there are so racist and unprofessional! As soon as I went in they started speaking Spanish I guess blacks are not welcomed so I walked out! I will not be going back! I’ll shop online!

The staff here is very rude. Even though they saw customers at the register, 2 of them were applying makeup on themselves in the mirror and ignoring the fact that there were customers at the register. There was actually one girl at the register who walked away once she saw me approach the register. I actually mean she looked right at me as I smiled at her with my basket in my hand and walked right into the back room. Another employee was standing right next to me as I’m waiting to be rung up and didn’t assist until I asked her to. There were 4 employees in the store and only one other customer and I. I don’t go shopping at stores often anymore. I usually order online. I think I’ll continue to order online from Mac because this experience was not it.

I have been to other location's such as the one in Roosevelt Field where the service was great.The service was very abrupt,and a little hostile.While I did buy a lipstick,I decided not to increase my purchases (I like the turquiose fragrance) and some eyeshadow that I tried on.

This is a seriously quality company. I believe they are affiliated with Estée Lauder, which I am also a huge fan of. I was stranded in Indianapolis because of Hurricane Idalia and was unsure if my checked luggage would arrive in Florida. There was a MAC makeup store in my area of the airport so I immediately went in to purchase some back-up supplies. As it turned out, I was able to get a connecting flight, the next day, and no longer needed the duplicate makeup that was in my checked luggage. After some research through the main line of MAC, I was advised by some of the nicest people ever, they simply asked for photos of the makeup and the receipt. As soon as I provided this info, they said they would send me a reimbursement check for the items. I asked how I should send the items back, and they said absolutely not, we will refund the money right away, and I should keep the merchandise, no questions asked. I am incredibly appreciative of this kind gesture, and very much appreciate that they realized how difficult it is to be trapped in an unpredictable natural disaster. Thank you so much !!!

I called this Mac location, looking for information, and spoke to a manager. I believe she said her name was Maria and what a joy it was speaking to her! She was very informative, took her time talking with me, and answered my questions! She left a lasting impression thank you for having such great customer service Maria ♥️

Today I was at the mac store in queens center mall and because it was a sale, it was crazy and a lot of items had sold out but the store still had some good finds. However, the employee there did a great job helping and accommodating everyone. She was doing someone’s makeup and she did a fabulous job on her. She was attentive, patient and a complete pleasure. Not sure of her name but she was awesome. According to my receipt her name might have been Cindy but she was great. ❤️I plan to come back again. By the way, the store was very clean, everything was in the right spot and they had plenty of wipes, hand sanitizer as well as makeup brush cleanser all around so it definitely was sanitized and clean. Awesome store with a lot of mirrors and no clutter.

Nicole was amazing and an extremely talented artist who knows what she’s talking about. She helped me figure out my perfect foundation routine and slayed my makeup. It lasted all night long through drinking, partying, pizza, you name it. Can’t wait for my next appointment with her!

I love MAC Cosmetics but I'm afraid I need to give this store a 1-star review. The store itself is amazing but the staff is horrible and extremely rude. the rest of the reviews commenting about the staff are correct. The staff is not willing to help you out and they gave me looks when I came in. This is one of the worst MAC stores I've been to.

Literally the worst Mac ever. The lady working there gives you an attitude on purpose for every question you ask. Wasn't really helpful and was rolling eyes at you. Better off going to the mac in Macy's where a few guys work and they're super helpful all the time. I don't understand why work in retail if you're going to have such a bad attitude and scare people off like that.
