This company is a scam. They bid low, then delay until you reach out and then they tell you it will cost more. If you refuse to pay the increased cost, they won’t honor their original price, they will refuse to refund your deposit, then they will delay to get you stuck with them. They will run up the bid in central dispatch where, they masquerade under another broker name, so every other broker you call charges more too. Don’t believe anything they say and do not pay this company anything or you will lose your money and pay more to get away from this scam company. Two weeks into this and I’m still battling them to get my money back after they never produced a driver and didn’t honor any agreement we had on anything. They’ve been kicked off central dispute for their shady tactics. They’ve are the worst company you could choose. Don’t do it!

I had a good experience using Mate Logistics when a transported a car from Bronx NY to Houston Texas. They stayed in constant communication with me every step of the transport. It was simple and easy. The price he quoted was the price I paid and carrier was nice and professional. I would definitely use Mate Logistics again.

Pick up and delivery went as planned. All correspondence by my agent, Michael William's, was coordinated between myself and the driver as well by Mr William's, who kept me up dated. I am very happy with this service. And will do business with them again.

This is the worst company i have ever seen. i contacted mate logistics to get a simple quote. there quote was double what a nother company was. they texted me after giving me the quote and asked if i wanted my car transported i said no they contacted me again and agian and again this has kept on going for multiple weeks they contact me at least 4 times a week DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL
