MetroPCS on Queens Boulevard that beautiful young lady Cassandra with Ok lol went beyond with my Wi-Fi box and T-Mobile app and succeeded 100% from now on. I will go to that office whenever I need help with God‘s permission she will always be there every time I go thank you so much Cassandra with a K she is the best one I found in New York City thus far.

Kasandra was an angel. After dealing with metro pcs customer service and getting no where but Kasandra was a life saver. I honestly was dreading coming to this location because I thought they wouldn’t help but thankfully she was there and made the process not only easy but she was quick to find the problem, which customer service was giving me the run around. Kasandra thank you, you deserve a raise.

Today at approximately 4:50 pm I came to the store because I was having difficulty with my phone that I purchased yesterday. There was a second number on my phone and my text messages were remaining in sent mode. I was highly disappointed with the professionalism of this customer representative because it appeared he did not want to help based on his behavior. His tone and his attitude was not appealing. I came to this store before with my husband yesterday and previously I bought a phone from this place a few months ago. The staff were professional. Although this individual fixed the problem, he asked if there was anything I needed and referred me as "friend". Based on my interaction with him, I would not consider him a friend nor a professional customer representative. Instead, he would benefit from learning how to relate to customer. Then I needed a cover for my phone, they did not have any case for my model. He told me to take a picture of the store's PHONE and call to see if the case for my phone arrived. Based on this experience, I will not return to this store. Thank you Computer Repair for having the case for my phone.

Bad costumer service from the young Indian guy . He's a scammer. Over -charge me for a sim card I didn't even need for my phone. They dishonest. Stay away from this place.
