The manager and workers of this office are scammers. First, they sold me OnePlus Nord N10 for $600 DOLLARS and gave me a tablet as a present that I didnt asked for and it is very slow and laggy, and I HAD TO PAY FOR IT $15 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH. Then I checked the price of this phone and it was $300, I called to them to take a detailed receipt, they said it was $300 for phone, $150 for new line and plan, other part are taxes and case and glass that I didn't asked for and I DIDN'T GET IT ANYWAY, they newer gave it to me.Maybe I had to check all of that, but I had to get my phone ASAP and I didnt had time to check everything so I just trusted to them. Unfortunately they decided to get as much money as they can from me.Other part: I called month ago to remove the plan from my tablet since I dont use it. They said they removed it, and what do you think I see next month? I have to pay $15 for nothing again.Horrible service, horrible people trying to look nice, I wish I change my provider ASAP but metro have their phones locked for 6 months so you cant run away from them.In addition to that, they written down my name wrong with two letters in last name instead of one. Because they dont care.

This store keeps sending mail and ads to my address. I have been trying to remove my address from their mailing list. The store phone number 718-674-6920 doesn't work and is "out of business". What kind of store doesn't have a working phone number?! I called the The Metro by T-Mobile customer service phone number 888-863-8768 several times and they were no help either which is ridiculous. I'm not a customer and after this, I never will be. Stop sending me mail!!

Didn't catch her name but you will recognize her because she always has ear buds in and is FaceTiming someone when you are trying to do business with her. Unprofessional and losing money for the store. Went in 2 weeks ago wanting to buy an iPhone 6 or 7 for my mother for mother's day. She told me they are not is stock “BUT WE WILL HAVE A LOT IN STOCK AS MOTHERSDAY APPROACHES COME BACK THEN.†I come back 2 days before mother day ready to walk out with a phone and new line on my family plan. She tells me they do NOT carry the phones but can order one and will have it after mother's day....
