Not sure why they have such a low rating here. I used this branch pretty often more for the ATM services but if I need to speak to someone or use the teller I usually use this location. There are ATMs right in the lobby which you can still access after hours. The actual bank is past the ATM's. There's usually someone at the greeters desk in case you need help. The tellers are to the left and the offices if you need other help are to the right. There's seating the in back as well In case you have to wait.

Worst attitude ever from a branch manager. If you don't know how to calm the people in line who's been watching all tellers helping 1 customer for 20mins, then please don't talk. Customer: Anyway to speed things up? I've been waiting for over 20mins. My parking meter is expiring in 2 mins... Manager: I can't help you with your parking meter. LOL

This was my 3rd trip to the bank in 3 days (plus a 90 min phone call). During this final trip, I finally was able to get done what was needed. The banker, Alex, was great (up until this point). He asked me to give him all 10s on the satisfaction survey, which I don't like and would never ask one of my customers, but whatever. I thought I gave him all 10s personally, but my overall experience was low and so I tried to reflect that in the survey as well. Well, apparently I did something wrong because I woke up the the attached nasty email from Alex this morning. You can read it for yourself. I cannot believe how unprofessional this was; apparently they don't teach business etiquette in the Ivy League. Furthermore, I can't believe BofA shares individual customer survey results with bankers; he should have never been able to know what feedback I provided about him. And on top of it, when the manager spoke to my brother (who was also at the appointment), he had the nerve to defend and make excuses for him! It's really not surprising this bank only has 2 stars...

The worst bank branch in the history of Bank of America. They hire employees that have no clue about how to operate a bank. And they have been closed the past 7 days in this location. Why? My theory: a Starbucks closed right next store to them. So I'm assuming Bank Of America is way behind their rent.

Got to be the worst bank in the history of America. So I just came into the bank at 2:12PM to pick up a replacement debit card because of a fraudulent purchase. I wait for an hour and a half and didn't even get to pick up my card. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Worst experience ever I'm beyond pissed off

Always a long line and 1 teller. There's people walking around asking if you need help but they can never help you and just tell you to wait online. A woman complained to the male worker when I was in there and he claimed they're not a suburban area bank it's considered a city bank. Which is great you know you're busy so why not have more tellers to alleviate the long lines that take forever ???

Another 35 minute wait online at this horrendous so called bank. One teller and 4 bank employees standing around doing nothing. I asked the manager can't you do anything while my 18 month old was screaming and she said. "This is the new Bank of America policy, one teller so people would get so frustrated they will use the ATM's. Time to switch banks, these people are a horror show.

I came in on a weekday afternoon to open a new checking account with them. The place is small, with the tellers to the left, offices to the right, and a waiting area in the back. I stood near the help desk for about 10 minutes before any banker came over to ask me what they could do to help me (This is after waiting for a few minutes and peering into the offices to make sure there were actual bankers that day. Some locked eyes with me and chose to go back to their work instead of coming out and asking if they could help me). I told the man that I needed to open a new checking account and he led me to his office. After he asked for my ID, he did not talk to me one bit. Frankly, that made me feel uncomfortable. I've never sat in a banker's office in silence for 20 minutes. Honestly, I wanted to say no thank you and leave because I did not feel welcomed. I'm glad he got his work done quick but the banker just looked like he hated his job and wanted me to leave asap. Would I come to this branch again? Absolutely not. In fact, I'm already thinking about cancelling my account.

This might be the worse bank location ever. 20 people on line one teller no managers. Oh and I can't forget about the homeless lady sitting on the chairs cleaning her purse out.

I'm going to give this 4 stars and will caveat I didn't actually use the bank, but hear me out. Went looking for a coin counting machine, which the internet lied, there definitely is not one here. However- greeted at the door by a dude named Cameron. He did the best he could to let me know they would pack my coins and ship is out to get the money in a couple days and some other options. However I was leaving to go away today. Then gave me the miracle on 34th macys treatment and gave me a run down of all the places that do have coin counting and the percentages they take out. Real good dude, feel better about going to that particular location as a whole now. It's good to employ smart helpful people like that BOA. For reference best bet for coins in TD on 71st rd (not ave) a block down for 8% charge non members. Oh, and they have two 24 hour ATMs. I mean, good, but hard to screw up.

It's newer so it's clean but the aesthetic is soo clinical it's impossible to have any sort of real privacy, everything you say echos. They made me so uncomfortable too. I just couldn't tell if the guy was being honest or not and things really did not end up working in my favor. So I would be VERY weary about going into there for anything more than to withdraw cash from an ATM.

I'm giving this large branch of Bank of America 1 star because they close later on the weekdays than a lot of other branches in Queens (6pm, generally 4pm). Otherwise, for being in a busy shopping/eating area, right near the subway, and in a sort of wealthy area; their service is EXTREMELY show. It doesn't matter if I go there at 9am or 4pm, when there is barely a line as well. They send you to a different window for the cashier's check (9am with no line), after dealing with a previous teller (not sure if that person wasn't trained to do it at the time- I'm guessing if you are given a window by yourself, you should be able to do all sorts of transactions). They ran out of $5's or $10's at 9am because "people who work in the local businesses came in and requested all of them." (I hope they will be more prepared for each weekday if they expect this?) The last trip on a weekday at 4pm, I got there with 2 other people in line. 4 tellers at the windows, one who apparently was on the phone for 1/2 hour with something, helping a customer out. 2 tellers unavailable (counting $ or seemed to be just sitting there), and 1 teller (Sasha) who was quick and busting his butt doing his job. The line quickly increased to at least 15-20 people waiting for service. I waited 40min, being the 3rd person in line. NEVER go to the young African-American girl teller. She looks like she is watching grass grow. I have to give a good a review of the young guy teller name Sasha, the one who seems to care about the quality of his job and is very fast and efficient.

This is the worst bank ever! They are fee happy and take advantage of there clients as well, They charge me 140.00 in fee's for 0.53. They will allow you to keep using your debit card with out it declining. And Whoa they will take advantage of you. And it you with 35.00 each time on the same day. Mind you the 0.53 cents did not even post to the account yet...The inside of this bank is not friendly at all..And they are slow...PLEASE BEWARE TD BANK IS BETTER ...
