What I absolutely love about this place is when you drop off your wash for wash and gold service , it will be ready by the afternoon. Also, when you put your items away, it is folded perfectly and actually holds a scent. Other places in the area, the clothes may be clean, but they lack any type of freshness. I’ve used them also for alterations and I’ve always been satisfied their dry cleaning also is a quick turnaround.

Honestly this is your typical nyc laundromat, Asian owned, a little rude but that’s what you want from a classic spot. Highly recommend before it gets gentrified but you yuppies in Astoria

I tried to reason with the lady but she wouldn’t stop screaming at me and blamed me for the stains. CAUTION: do not trust this place with any items that you care about.
I received three items with major stains. They weren’t there when I dropped them off.
The stain on the purple dress is the most glaring—looks like an oil stain. The second stain is a circle on my (what used to be white) shirt; it is a circular stain that looks like someone put a cup on the shirt. The third damage was in the white shirt. It used to be white and when I received it, it was more of a nasty light brownish tone.
Lastly, significant stains on my beige slacks. I would give this place a 0 if I could because they were so mean and had no customer service skills.

Convenient location near N/W. Fair prices and pick up days are close to drop offs. I had a sweater with an oil splat and so thrilled when I had that removed upon pick up!

This cleaner has a quick turnaround time for most dry cleaned items. And also I tried the wash and fold for same day and I couldn't be more satisfied. They have really good prices and the service is excellent.

I've come here to shorten pants and the odd tailoring. Prices are decent and service is good. Never had any problems with them and love supporting small, local businesses.

Fantastic service! As a shorter individual, I recently needed 2 pairs of pants hemmed. Not only was it super quick to swing by and try on the different pants to gauge what their new length would be, but when I picked up my pants, I was thrilled with the results. Excellent Job!

Extremely reliable with friendly service every time I visit. Having a place that takes credit cards and turns around drop-off laundry in 24-48 hours is a godsend. They even get dry cleaning done in a reasonable amount of time, all at competitive rates. I hope they continue to do good business in spite of the unusually high number of laundromats in the area.

I used to go to the laundromat owned by a Greek guy across the street. Now that's closed, I decided to give this laundromat a try. I have been familiar with the staff here already because I would sometimes use its dry cleaning service located next door. Staff here are friendly and they do a superb job at dry cleaning. Similarly, I've had friendly encounters with the people working at the laundromat too. The laundromat is small and sometimes all the smallest wash machines are occupied, but it's worth the visit for the service and thoughtfulness of the staff.
