  SCAM!!! I am so sorry for anyone that has the worst luck to have an encounter with them because they actually caused so much emotional and mental distress that I wonder how the people that work there go to sleep at night thinking they are decent people. They wrongfully took our car and despite there being evidence that they are in the wrong. So it’s literally the fact that there is evidence that they are in the wrong yet act so self-righteous. I respect that you have a job to do but once it gets to a point where you are going out of your way to target people and just need to find ways to make a quick buck is malicious. I hope no one ever sees the day to ever interact with this company. Also it definitely is this company before they reply saying it’s not them; it is.

  Had my driveway partially blocked by someone who clearly knew what they were doing. After contacting the NYPD (huge thanks to our Boys in Blue for issuing the ticket!), I reached out to New York Towing and Recovery. They arrived quickly and handled the situation with precision and professionalism—removing the vehicle almost artistically. Highly recommend their service!

  I was in a bind trying to get a dead Tesla out of a basement parking garage in Manhattan. These guys really saved me after one other tow company failed to do the job. They were easy to communicate with and never once spoke out of turn. I recommend and would definitely call on them if needed in the future.

  would highly recommend. we have an ongoing issue where cars block our driveway, keeping us from either getting in or out. it's always a pain to find someone to come tow the car after ticketing, but we were lucky to find NY Towing and Recovery. will definitely use them again if we need to. thanks again for the help

  I caught a flat tire and new york towing and recovery came ready and able to change my flat tire with the spare tire I keep, the price for the tire change was super affordable especially consider how dire the situation was!
