Usually never write reviews about workers however, this was one of the worst customer service I have ever received, from THE ASSISTANT MANAGER named Alexandra. She was rude, unprofessional and seemed as if she hates her job in general. I get it, we all have bad days, but there is no reason to talk to customers as if they were illiterate. Pandora needs to do better when hiring because this is unacceptable.

One of the best pandora locations I've been to. During my recent trip with my boyfriend we went specifically to get a engraved charm for my bracelet. One of the employees Nelsey was the most patient and kindest person out there. She explained how the engraving worked and told us to take our time with it until we got it to the exact way we liked it. During that process I looked into other charms in the store and she was more than happy to show us the ones I wanted to see. As I said she was very patient with us and didn't rush us one bit. Anything I wanted to see she was willing to actually help. She gave me some ideas to what I could add to the bracelet and even colors to match. Ended up leaving with 4 different charms that day . I just wanted to say she was so friendly it just made my and my boyfriends experience so much worth it.

I've been to this store multiple times and had really good experiences with most Pandora employees but today I had the worst experience with this one employee "Dana" who was extremely rude. Me and my partner were just trying to exchange a broken bracelet but from the moment we got there she gave us an attitude and we were being really nice and patient when trying to give her out information but she kept rushing us. We wanted to go inside the store as well to look at other product but we were discouraged thanks to her unprofessional behavior even though the store wasn't even busy at all. We're sure we haven't been the only ones to have encountered this person too and had a bad experience.

associate Ralphy was rude and looked like he didn’t even want to help me, it was very obvious by his demeanor and body language. No one in the store approached me or asked if I needed Help

Kept getting passed around. No one wanted to help or even acknowledge my questions. People kept coming in the store they weren’t POC and being helped immediately. Sad.

I gotta say, for the crazy long wait and lines to get in, I was not disappointed nor dissatisfied with my time spent here. Special shout out to Raffi, for really taking his time and helping me narrow down some on my options, going out of his way to try certain items on some of his coworkers to see what it looks like. I'm a firm believer that customer service is important and Raffi's (hope I spelt it right) really respected my budget and helped me find fantastic things. Ultimately ending below my budget in the end. Hard work deserves recognition. Thanks again.

waited in line for a pick up order 40 minutes after I said I’m here for a pick up got told to wait in line I wait in line enter the store to only be told I didn’t have to wait in line the most useless staff ever never going to this pandora ever again

Went in the other day and purchased two rings, the purchase was successful but the staff was rather sloppy with attending me. First of all, there's like 6 people working at once for one tiny store which already puts me off. Secondly, the people that weren't attending customers (most, if not all) were just having loud conversations and laughing obnoxiously. Finally I got someone to help me, she was nice enough but had 0 energy to engage with the customer. That speaks for all of them as well. They will not guide you or help you, they will just stand there until you say something.

Didn't have liquid to clean 5 bracelets I have and this is evetytime I've been there. Instead they offered a 30 dollar kit to do it myself. What's the purpose of they offering supposedly free cleaning. When you have at least $5000 in bracelets with all the charms.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an interview at this location and was rejected immediately the day after. If you are a person of color, chances are you will not be hired. I’m a black woman and had the necessary qualifications for this Part-time associate position. I had a feeling they rejected me based on my skin color because all the staff is light-skinned and white. I will never work for a company that doesn’t recognize and represent diversity. Don’t waste your time applying here if you are a person of color.The store manager was also unprofessional at my interview because she printed out an INCOMPLETE copy of my resume, which I know I did NOT submit that incomplete copy online. So she thought I had no experience and qualifications. That was sloppy on their end. Luckily I had brought my complete resume with me. Like I said, don’t bother applying to this unprofessional racist location.
