The customer service is horrendous at this place. I went in the store 8/6 in the afternoon looking to purchase a pair of earrings. There was a short brunette at the counter and she made no effort to greet me and my friend. I was the one who initiated the “hello”. I guess she had a customer waiting for her on the other side of the store. So she went back to tend to the customer which was fine but she could’ve said something. No “I’ll be with you” not even a smile.There was another person behind the counter a taller woman. She was on her phone and I guess too pre occupied to tend to customers.This store had NEVER given me a good vibe. I remember when they opened and I did purchase some rings and even then it wasn’t a great experience.They’re cold and unwelcoming especially the one from yesterday. Make your way to Queens Center Mall instead of this place. They obviously don’t need the business.

I had a wonderful and delightful experience shopping at this location. Betsy was a lot of help. I had went into the store just to browse and she ended up taking great care of me. I had never purchased anything from Pandora before. It was my wife’s and I anniversary and I didn’t know what to get her. I ended up leaving with a bracelet and my wife loved it.

This place stole from me . I went in and exchanged my bracelet for another one and everything was going good until I left and discovered it was a empty box and the store manager told me they reviewed the footage and it the girl placed it in the box then asked me if I dropped it in a span of few min if it was in the box why ask I would’ve dropped the whole box something is not adding up I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want your bracelet stolen and no one does anything very upset it hold a sentimental value now it’s gone

I needed to buy a gift for my mother so I decided to go to this pandora since it’s near my job. As I’m walking in NOBODY greeted me all 4 girls were behind the counter just standing there, I expected one of them to approach me and since none of them did I ended up approaching one of them asking for assistance and her name is Adriana. As we walk toward the middle where all the jewelry is, I asked to please help me pick a charm for my mom she took out 6 charms and I wasn’t pleased with none of them so I proceeded to ask if that’s all she had to show me and she said “ if I take out everything we had it will be too much if you want you can go online and check if there’s anything that you like then you can show me” if coming to the store for help it’s because clearly online items look different then in person and I wanted help, her response was rude and not customer service at all on 12/19/22 I went to the same store and Betsy sales representative was very welcoming she was so nice and very helpful so why is it that one representative is not LAZY to assist but the other one is. This is unacceptable and very disappointing as I’m not the only that has had bad experiences in this store specifically, two of my co workers have had poor customer service as well. The girls that were in today had a grumpy face like they were having the worst day ever I understand it gets busy during this times and some people can be very frustrating but unfortunately that’s what it is working with people and if that’s not the field you like working in them maybe you shouldn’t. I would hope somebody reaches out to address this issue because it really was a bad experience specially during the holidays makes me not want to go back to this store.

Ashley was super nice and super helpful. I came in with my ocean charms bracelet I bought in St. Maarten and she helped me with clips, helped me get a bigger bracelet and was great with advice and reorganizing the sequence of my charms and gave ma great advice for ex getting a security chain which makes a lot of sense. She helped be acquire some rose gold ocean charms inc a sailboat. This is what you call great PR service. Thanks a lot Ashley for making y bracelet even more awesome!

This review is solely only for Betsy! She’s very professional and kind. She went out her way to help me today to pick up my order while she was finishing with a customer . She explained to me how unfortunately pick up orders also need to wait if they are busyI did wait a bit but I had to really rush out, and she helped me . She was very helpful. I will be going back when I have time to choose a charm for myself and will hopefully see her because she is very nice and caring with the customersHer co worker on the other hand , Jasmine wasn’t great help unfortunately.If you got to this store definitely see Betsy, she actually shows she likes her job.The manager of this store should be grateful he has Betsy, because her co worker unfortunately was not great help

Placed a pick up in store order, Pandora Soho spoiled me, I figured everyone would be ready within an hour. Walked in while they were playing with ribbons. Everyone looked at me like I was wrong for coming in. Asked about online order, no one knew what I was talking about. Yet I was told I need to wait 6-8 hours next time.

My wife and aunt came to this location at 5 pm today. She doesn’t have an account but she will be finishing this review on my account.I came in with my aunt after verifying on the phone with the representative that they had a specific charm.I’m starting to believe it was to just waste our time to get us in there. As we are in their the first thing one of the sales associates says is their favourite thing to say “we don’t have any at this location” we then informed her that we were instructed to come here and confirmed the phone number. The lady in the phone put me on hold to verify they had it and I told her we’d be there shortly. We called at 3:15 granted it was after but they shouldn’t be completely sold out. Then we tell those associates we called at 3:15 and they were trying to figure out who was the one who spoke to us. And the associate went to talk to whoever and came back and failed to tell us the outcome as we were standing there waiting for something. This place will NEVER get business from us or anybody I know. Disgrace and a waste of time.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Me and my husband came for my 50th birthday tomorrow to get a 50th charm and the women there displayed disgusting behavior. Not even a single hello and we were there over 10 minutes while 3 of the employees worked with one person and said nothing to us! When we walked to the woman with the trays, she immediately moved them and put them back under. Disappointed that such racial profiling occurred. This was a terrible experience for 2 people who are queens natives. The store owner, management and staff should be embarrassed.

Went into this location today to pickup a birthday gift, waited while employees stood around (one salesperson had a customer) store wasn’t crowded at all but no one asked or offered help. When other customers arrived they asked them. Terrible customer service! I’ve been here a couple times before with friends and it’s always the same thing. They never help black customers smh. Calling customer service/corporate line when I leave to report employees who’s names I did get.

Worst customer service, don’t arrange anything for a pick up. You have to wait until everyone is done shopping to pick your item you already paid for. I waited over 30 minutes for a PICK UP !!! Never again. Honestly making me stop wanting pandora it’s always something in store. Manager just looked and kept going about her business. I had a whole appointment I’m going to be late too because of this horrible customer service. Pick up is suppose to be fast and convenient, not wait until everyone is done shopping.

This was my second time at this location and I found two great rings. The lovely sales associate named Anadella was excellent. She showed me different options and I wound up buying two beautiful rings. My mom loves the necklace and earring set I got her. You're team totally rocks.
