I will not recommend that place. The person who works this morning is very inconsiderate of customer’s feelings!….she shows bad traits to customer.I am one of your customer before and coming back again to sent money on this unexpected freezing cold weather and waiting outside 1 hour early than your usual opening hours. But the staff refused to let me in few minutes before opening and faced the freezing cold weather outside. She got angry when I come in and told me to read the note outside?In Google it says your branch opened 24 hours?.that’s why I go….if only I wear a thicker winter jacket? I am willing to wait more time?..that experience I got there?.. am not coming there NOMORE!!

Nice place but sometimes the worker are slow because of some customers Giving the workers a hard time You need more than one person working So we can get own business done and leave satisfied

People please don't listen to the other reviews putting this place down. It is a great place to do business. Yes, they used to be slow but the people that worked there are not there anymore and their manager put good employees there now. If you go very early at 8am or late before they close its fast service. As you can see all those bad reviews are from two years ago before the changes they made.

I went there today to receive money, they check my id and everything and then asked me to take off my mask off. After all the precautions I took I had to put my mask down and touched it why my contaminated gloves. During this pandemic is so insensitive and stupid. You have my id, I gave you the code. Why you had to ask for what the authorities asked everyone not to do in public.

I wish I had an option to give 0 stars. The 2 women working there in the afternoon are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER go back there just because of that. If your going to be rude to customers then why work in the customer service department? The worst customer service experience I've had in a LOOONG TIME.

I live 3 blocks from this business. I went yesterday evening and the employee name sia I believe her name is was rude and asking me questions that didn't make any sense. I have cash this check before in previous places. She took me at the window looked at me and grab the check and told me to wait 5 mins for the check to clear. I waited about 10 mins while she was taking others. She told me the business number didn't match the work place which doesn't make sense? She was rude. I came in with shorts and a tank top and my hat backwards. I usually fidget a lot and stuff because that's just me. so I hope me being present the way I was she didn't discriminate me. I'm Hispanic. This is a huge disappointment because it literally a few blocks away and I been there before by myself and with other people. They never asked the person I was with so many questions. I'm upset about this and will never go back.

We live just a few blocks away from this business and everytime we go to send money through Western Union there is always a problem. The people who work there are extremely unprofessional and rude. They use any excuse not to help you. Today my husband went to send money through Western Union and his information is already saved in the system and the lady who was assisting him ask where he was born.. My husband said what does that have to do with anything? I am providing you with my NYS I.D. The other employee who was a man NOT attending him said I know where you live which we feel is a threat and uncalled for. With that being said first thing Monday morning we will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau of NY. If there is anyone else who also has been harrassed and discriminated in this business please let us know and post your review as well.
