“Great store — they have everything you need for your dog. My only feedback is that sometimes the owners can come across as though they know more about your dog than you do as the owner. Since they aren’t dog owners themselves, I think a little more mindfulness and consideration when giving advice would go a long way. Overall, though, it’s a great store.”

“I bought my beautiful little budgie here on 11/13/2020 and she has been with us for the past 6 years being a beautiful sweet member of my family. The cutest yet shy but brave little girl 💙💙 The owner was so friendly and kind and even let me put the yellow headed amazon they had onto my shoulder when I visited. I am so grateful for my little Angel and this store.💙 A birds lifespan depends on how you care for them💙🐣”

“Cozy Pet Shop. Has excellent dog food that's made in the USA. Definitely recommend it especially if your dog is having a skin reaction to big brand dog food. Now I get Ancestry Brand & my dog is doing well on it. It's just a few bucks more than Eukanuba but worth it.Hope your pet is healthy & happy. Cheers.”

“I had a great experience with Fancy Doggy! Since the new owner took over, I feel like there’s even more care, patience, and love given to the dogs. They were so gentle and patient with my Maltese, and she came out looking absolutely adorable and beautifully groomed. You can really tell they care about the dogs and take their time with them. Highly recommended. I also loved that she came home with the cutest little flowery collar—it was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! 🌸🐶”

“This is definitely not a fake review. I Google to send info to a friend and seen all these reviews. I must say I did buy a dog from here in 2016, red poodle named Hershey. He got sick 3 weeks later. I took him to the vet and there were issues that caused me to put him to sleep. After speaking to the owner I was promised a similar dog was being delivered 2 weeks later. Two weeks later I was waiting outside the store before it opened and I received my new mini poodle. Today she is 6yrs old with no health issues. Bottom line, in any store that sells animals there’s no guarantee. It’s like having kids…..you just never know. Some problems don’t arise until months to years. What I loved the most was Mark, the owner, felt my fear and pain from day 1…..as promised , according to contract I was offered my money back but I preferred to get another dog. There’s no way good health can be a guarantee. Not even in humans. I do believe you must do your research. If a certain place has a history of selling sick animals continuously then your guard should be up.”
