“I was at the bird shop with my father and the worker over there treated us very nicely and answered our questions patiently and they are very honest. The parrots over there are also very friendly and playful, the the guy took out the parrot of the cage special for me, thank you, best shop!”
“Smallish Petco that has a good selection for dogs, cats, small critters, and fish but doesn't have many choices for bird owners. I would recommend to call ahead or check the website beforehand if you are a bird person.”

“Cozy Pet Shop. Has excellent dog food that's made in the USA. Definitely recommend it especially if your dog is having a skin reaction to big brand dog food. Now I get Ancestry Brand & my dog is doing well on it. It's just a few bucks more than Eukanuba but worth it.Hope your pet is healthy & happy. Cheers.”
“This is definitely not a fake review. I Google to send info to a friend and seen all these reviews. I must say I did buy a dog from here in 2016, red poodle named Hershey. He got sick 3 weeks later. I took him to the vet and there were issues that caused me to put him to sleep. After speaking to the owner I was promised a similar dog was being delivered 2 weeks later. Two weeks later I was waiting outside the store before it opened and I received my new mini poodle. Today she is 6yrs old with no health issues. Bottom line, in any store that sells animals there’s no guarantee. It’s like having kids…..you just never know. Some problems don’t arise until months to years. What I loved the most was Mark, the owner, felt my fear and pain from day 1…..as promised , according to contract I was offered my money back but I preferred to get another dog. There’s no way good health can be a guarantee. Not even in humans. I do believe you must do your research. If a certain place has a history of selling sick animals continuously then your guard should be up.”
“I’m a hard worker, I work full time and I don’t have time left to shop for my pets, so Petco makes it easy to order on line and they even deliver in the same day!! That’s a plus. I highly recommend buying at Petco.”

“Our dog loves this shop!! Whenever we walk down Ditmars, he wants to go inside. Sometimes we walk down Ditmars past the Regal Beagle's closing time, and he sits outside of the shop patiently waiting to go inside because he doesn't want to believe it's closed. The owners are lovely, kind, and welcoming. If we have a question or concern, they are always happy to help! They have two cats who roam around the store and budgies in their cages so it gives it a homey feeling. They have pictures of dogs from the neighborhood on their walls.
Besides the toys, treats, and accessories they sell, they have a backyard for our furry friends to play. In the backyard is a hose, dog toys, and a bathtub for the dogs to play. They also have chairs for the humans to relax.
I highly recommend the Regal Beagle if you are a pet owner! Thank you Regal Beagle for putting a smile on our dog's face!! :)”
