“Quaint dog themed coffee shop off of Vernon Blvd that welcomes the four-legged critters! Very much a hipster vibe with a separate space for those who wish to have their dogs with them (off-leash!). We ordered Matcha and coffee Americano and they were packaged in to go cups. They also had sandwich and bakery options for a more filling snack. Wine and beer as well! The service was quick even though it was decently busy.”

“I really recommend this place to buy pets because the owner will tell you what are the best starting pets and then what are the more advanced birds to take care of. The owner is very caring and to be honest all around very good place. Food is good and it’s cheep. The birds are cheaper than any other bird shop which is crazy and the birds seem healthy all the time when I pass by the store.”

“The best pet store in the area. The best thing about this store is the team that works there. They are knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful with my little pup. After moving here she became very shy but they never gave up on her and now I can't walk by the store without her demanding to go in. A few times, I've had to run over for something and they are always ready to help. She once got a tummy ache and they had just the thing. Oh my gosh and when she had 13 teeth removed and refused to eat, they recommended a yummy chicken broth and it was like magic.”

“I have been buying from this store since it's inception... The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise and high end dog food. Miriam the groomer is wonderful, she treats my corgi with love and the cost is comparable . I needed a leash and harness for my Corgi who is difficult to fit. Sean ( the owner) immediately assisted me and presented a set that fit perfectly. So if you aren't happy with the prices I suggest that you try PetCo. Renting a store in BayTerrace is extremely expensive probably equivalent to Manhattan rates. I don't mind paying a little more for the customer service and quality merchandise. Thanks Sean! “Still by far the best place in flushing to get pets. I've been coming here since AL use to work here and it's been the best pet store I've ever been too. The owners are super nice and friendly and very helpful at helping you get started with your new pet. I got many fish from here and they're still thriving well today. If my wife allows me one more tank I would get more fish from here for sure. They're the longest running pet store in flushing and by far the best one. If you want to get amazing pets come here they have everything !”

“This is definitely not a fake review. I Google to send info to a friend and seen all these reviews. I must say I did buy a dog from here in 2016, red poodle named Hershey. He got sick 3 weeks later. I took him to the vet and there were issues that caused me to put him to sleep. After speaking to the owner I was promised a similar dog was being delivered 2 weeks later. Two weeks later I was waiting outside the store before it opened and I received my new mini poodle. Today she is 6yrs old with no health issues. Bottom line, in any store that sells animals there’s no guarantee. It’s like having kids…..you just never know. Some problems don’t arise until months to years. What I loved the most was Mark, the owner, felt my fear and pain from day 1…..as promised , according to contract I was offered my money back but I preferred to get another dog. There’s no way good health can be a guarantee. Not even in humans. I do believe you must do your research. If a certain place has a history of selling sick animals continuously then your guard should be up.”

My puppy was a little matted on his tail and they were respectful to call and ask me if it was ok to shave off the hair, which I appreciated very much.Their booking process was so easy, they had so many options in such a short period of time.
