Horrible, got charged gratuity for a group of 2 at 4 pm lol , didn't honor happy hour prices when they was still 40 mins left . Food was okay but took long and didn't have my drinks refilled for almost 20 mins . Oh and another thing it was 20 degrees and they didn't have heat .... Place looks beautiful inside but it's a hidden disaster at most.

All tables at front all patrons wearing jackets....we didn't order entrees as the door opens you freeze...had a drink and appetizer went elswhere. Asked to move we were told no...even though there were vacant tables throughout. Server took twenty minutes to come....appeared annoyed at asking to move and pointing out everyone has jackets on - then told us she must put in entree and appetizers all at once - we told her lets see how awful the cold is - we were informed we wouldnt be able to order entrees once our order went in - nuts! Tried having a drink and enjoy appetizer but the endless takeout pickups and people coming in and out makes it impossible. Sad excellent food and place - server bizarre, made no sense and never returned to the table...we asked the hostess for our check and 10 minutes later she returned -imagine horrible service and an added 18% tip...perfect! then the card reader is asking for and additional 7, 10 or 15 - she again looked annoyed as I said wasnt the tip already added - you can give more if you want......I told her for wjhat you never returned to ask if we wanted another drink, dessert nothing.....up to me she would have gotten standard 15% she was awful. Third time I guess wasnt the charm - will not return. BTW table to the left table to the right complaing about the freezing cold all to no avail with tons of empty tables further back -

Amazing food, my mom is a picky eater and I love that they had a lot of options that she was debating on having. We loved the Piña Colada Tres Leches

This was my first time at this restaurant and my experience was absolutely amazing. We were greeted very warmly and seated right away. The servers were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere and music was spot on. I ordered the Braised Beef and Chicken empanadas. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken empanada but the braised beef one was good. I had the avocado salad with Salmon, it was absolutely delicious! Salmon was cooked very well. I also ordered some toastones that came with a very good garlic sauce and a pina colada. The drink was regular but good. Did I say the music was amazing too? LOL The music was at a great level where you can jam and still have a conversation. The only thing I didn't like was that they sung happy birthday after I paid the check so it made it a little weird that we didn't leave right away. All in all, I will definitely be back:-)

I always come to eat at blend even on special occasions. Food and service always 10/10 but this specific day i came for fathers day the server “Juanita” did horrible. Took forever with our drinks which ended up being watered down. We ordered appetizers she couldnt seem to understand what we were trying to order. We got our entrees before our appetizers and i simply told her we hadnt got them she sped to the kitchen and instead cancelled them. When i again asked her about the appetizers she said i had to her to cancel them which was completely false. Horrible experience and she had the nerve to catch an attitude and say it was me that said cancel it and asked rudely if i still wanted the food or the check. Never want her as my server again

Went there for Father's day. Was sat next to a table where the kid was VERY noisy and the parents did nothing to curb their kid. Was running all around the floor, staff did nothing either. Not an optimal dining experience.

Your customer service is great the host was able to move us to more intimate table in the back. We were sitting at a table near the front door where there was terrible draft that came in every time the door opened. The drinks were on point not hangover the next and food was so good. Definitely will return.

Food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. The only problem I had was it was supposed to be a birthday and they didn't come with the cake or sing happy birthday but overall everything was phenomenal.

Gabriela was a great a server. I work in hospitality myself and she was very patient, thorough and had great energy. She also has some great suggestions.

Food was delicious. Drinks just as tasty. Lovely staff. Nice ambiance and loved the music and it wasn't too loud so you can still hold a conversation.

The steak was delicious and so were the mojitos. The servers was very attentive but only thing I didn't like was they added a 52 dollar tip

I Enjoyed my drinks and food. The lychee margarita was strong and good. The pina coloda was delicious too not too strong. I was not a big fan of the empanadas especially the beef, it was hard to chew and all the meat fell out of the empanada but the sauce it came with was delicious. I tried my friends plates which was delicous, the tilapia seasoned so well. The skirt steaks really good too. I also liked the black beans also seasoned really good. I enjoyed this spot and our waiter was great too, always checked on us and was attentive.

The food and drinks were no doubt delicious. It was overall a comfortable environment. The staff were polite but also a bit inconsistent. I requested mezzanine seating, but instead was seated next to the exit. We were told the bar would be closing soon by 9:00pm, even though we knew the restaurant wouldn't close until 11pm. The portions were a bit small for the value. And the woman who took our order was a bit passive aggressive towards the end, and didn't give me a choice of getting a receipt for the bill I paid. We felt rushed to pay and leave the restaurant. It's unfortunate because the food was outstanding but the service was barely fair. This left us with mix feelings about the restaurant overall. The service could better.
