The move itself was fine. They were punctual and efficient. However they upcharged me after I loaded everything on there. Then they tried to act like they did me a favor by lowering the price an extra 500 from 700. After that everything went smooth but their payments are sketchy too, they couldn't wait 1 to 3 days for zelles to be approved normally. Not sure why that matters, seems shady. Overall service was fine but they're shady.

They helped me move to Virginia, and i couldn't be happier to use their moving services! They had the best price, they were very friendly and professional. I had a lot of fragile item that they made sure be there safe and i saw how securely they pack everything. I highly recommended Pristine Van Lines.It makes my self yelp reputation stronger when i see such professionalism!

I am writing this to let every know what a great company and men Pristine vanlines have I needed to move last minute since my other mover left me stranded and found these guys online, so I called and spoke to the sales guy he went through all the details right down to the delivery time of my goods in Massachusetts I was a bit hesitant since the other guy stuck me , Pristines crew showed up and blew my mind first off how nice the men were and then the magic started as they began to take apart my goods and wrap them up before they loaded the head guy took down to the truck to show me it was Completely empty of anyone else’s property they loaded up and we’re done I can’t believe how quickly they workedThe next day my phone rang and was the dispatcher letting me know my goods are on the way 3 hours later they were at my home unloading, now here’s the best part of it all nothing damaged and the price I was giving of 2600 was the price I paidA big thank you to Pristine vanlines I will recommend you guys to everyone and anyone I know that’s moving
