My father is a veteran. Home Depot made it very difficult for this 90 year old to get his veteran's discount. It is disappointing and disgraceful. I had to go with him to ask how can we use the app for the discount. First girl didn't want to help us. Thankfully Ashley came by and was happy to help us. Why treat veterans so poorly Home Depot??

Hit or miss. Last week was a "hit," I found a few pretty niche things the local hardware store doesn't carry. Today again was a miss. No people anywhere except oblivious people blocking aisles with carts and walking very slow. This sounds petty but they need to ditch the main aisle layout. It can't be that narrow. Sorry, it's downright awkward at times moving elderly people out of the way or getting consistently stuck by overweight people who walk at half the speed you walk, because HD dropped random pallets in the middle of the main aisle so we can have two narrow ones.Not even sure how to pay since most registers were closed today. Granted, today was Juneteenth but I had a similar thing there three weeks ago. I was on some sort of line, and apparently people just walk in front of you, and/or there is another line to the side. Just feels so disorganized and understaffed. Of course "disorganized" can work out in your favor sometimes. But God forbid you have a question! Also the charade of "all the plants are outside but I can't see if they have my niche plumbing stuff and walk back out to get plants, so I can shop all in one place, so I just never buy plants here even when I want to"This one isn't HD's fault but they should do something about it: they should check if people are dumping their cars there and not shopping. 7 or 8 years ago, the parking lot would have way less cars and the store would feel full. Now, the number of cars and trucks feels suspiciously high for the number of people inside. I could be off base here or maybe Panera just got more popular, but they should ticket people dumping trucks and such there.

There is no parking in this loud to always have those deliver move in place of trucks parked the whole front of the building. I have to walk around truck block to get inside the store because I got all this truck blocking the entrance. This is the worst Home Depot I ever been in my life. I would never recommend people coming here . Please find someone else

If you ever want to be on hold for more than half an hour knowing someone picked up the call and placed you on hold immediately, call Home Depot. Trying not to waste my time going there to find out if a certain location has an item and it looks like no one can take time to answer a phone call. I can understand working and all but learn to prioritize and juggle work load.

Worst of the worst customer care. Never picks up any call. All i need is a simply blind and here i am been to the store 4 time for something that can be easily done via phone. Never follows up, slow as heck!!! Never ordering anything frhomedepot every again.

This is my second purchase from homedepot.com because the store did not have the item I wanted in stock. The first order was a toilet. I received numerous emails regarding delivery (delivery schedule), yet no toilet was received for FIVE months.This time I ordered a gas grill on line and the Rego Park store changed my delivery to pick up. I was emailed that my order was returned. I never ordered for pick up, nor did I receive/return a grill. Now they issued a refund, for which I have to wait until processed. This is totally unacceptable.
