Absolutely the worst company, stay clear. I spent 2k in a washer dryer and paid for extra warranty, but when delivering the machine they denied to install it. So I was able to finally install it two days later and the machine sounds like there's a broken or loose gear, so loud you can be in the same room or even have a phone conversation on the next room. Now after they have my money they said they will not exchange this supposedly new machine that I bought 2 days ago. Now I have to keep a lemon that's defective from the factory.

Absolutely the worst Home Depot to shop at when I tell you these people are racist. I am a Trinidadian I heal from the West Indies. There are a lot of West Indian "Indian" workers working at this Home Depot. And they make it their business to show you bad face I was told that I couldn't use self check out on my own even though there were three other people that were able to use it on there own I was held back from holding my own items by a store representative he then proceeded to follow me to the self, check out in which I wasn't able to self check out on my own granted this is all understandable, but the part that loses me is the fact that they were three other people checking out on their own, and she insisted to check me out when I asked her why I had to check out with a representative beside me she proceeded to ignore me nevertheless, I have encountered these types of people before that migrate to America from countries like Guyana and Trinidad, and so on they have no regard for Black people, or any people of color even though they are Indians and are black in colored their selves it's a shame please Home Depot do something

My Son and I participated in a building class for children this weekend at the ozone park location. It was our first time and he had so much fun, we had so much fun. I would have given the experience 5 stars, but it lacked a few things. I would have loved if they had snacks for the children and maybe chairs for the parents to sit. Other then that the staff was great and helpful the whole time. We will be back next month. (Classes the first Saturday of every month, at participating locations, and it's FREE !! ).

The worst Home Depot in Queens? There's only a few employees that actually do their job and help out. But there's many that just look at you like your stupid when you ask them about a department. They either keep walking or just say it's not their department. It took about 45 mins for me to get help to unlock a drill. Sometimes you can't even find a employee anywhere in sight. And some of them have attitudes. To the ones that help out keep doing your job and hope that your good work doesn't go unnoticed.

Never enough cashiers extremely long lines never any assistance .whenever you buy an item check the contents because chances are it has missing parts or it's not the item your buying .

I have lived in this area for 20 years and recently moved. I now frequent the Elmont Home Depot. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by this location. If you compare the two Home Depot's there's a stark difference in the customer service. I have never experienced any rude customer service representatives at Elmont. Today, I made the mistake of saying 'excuse me' to a cashier and she bit my head off and said 'I'm dealing with a customer you have to wait'. Why respond that way? Simply say, one moment I will be with you. What I didn't realize is this Home Depot got rid of their self checkout. The person ahead of me left the kiosk and I thought she did her own checkout, I was asking for the price gun. Over the years I was frequently subjected to this rude behavior. I recall canceling a carpet purchase due to the rude behavior. Each time I always vowed never to go back but always folded because I was only a 3 mins drive away. I can tell you that this time I am sticking to my commitment to never return. I have other options now and I recommend driving the extra few mins and go to Woodhaven. The team there is much more customer service focused.

Do not place an online next day order with this specific store. You won't get it until 3 - 4 days later. No one answers the phone and if someone does pick up, that individual hangs up. Impossible to get the status of the order. Maybe when the economically worsens and people are tighter with their money, maybe then Home Depot Corporate office will work on getting stores like this in shape. I'm sorry I ordered from this store

Exchanged a propane tank which took forever. 2 men inside the area, but no one wants to help me.After shouting to them 1 man came over.Thank God couldnt wait to leave.So many people shopping..you would think there giving away stuff for free.So expensive $$$. Lots of dried up plants begging for water.herbs & flowers on the ground everwhere.& pricey. Sloppy outside garden area. A Nice employee Kimaithe carried my tank to my car. He was the best part of my shopping expierence. Should hire more like him. I give him 5 stars.

Well store might be amazing to find things around but "SERVICE" is extremely terrible. Stuff members are not professional at all. How about saying they don't give a "...." So far coming 4 th times and no valid explanation when I will receive my doors. No one cares to Inform with update. I will say 99% of the staff members should be fired. I will start with the manager of the store first.

I ordered something online and waiting 24 hours for my stuff to be ready. And i never showed ready. I went there and it was out of stock. The inventory is horrible.

Stay away! Go to Lowe's instead.. At least they care for your business. This Home Depot rude and just disgusting in every way.
