Revived my car and exceeded my expectations!
I recently purchased a car that needed quite a bit of work, and I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Phillips, a highly recommended expert in car restoration. From the moment I walked into his shop, I was amazed by the cleanliness—everything was spotless and organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their attention to detail.
The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to explain the necessary repairs and made sure I understood every step of the process. It was clear they were committed to delivering the best service possible.

This place is the best!!! I came in to get all my rear badges painted black. It came out perfect and not only did they do that but they washed the car and detailed the inside. During the process Phillips(the owner) stayed in touch with me the whole time via text and even sent pictures so I could see what it looked like. That is what I call great customer service!!!! I highly recommend Pro Dipper NYC to anyone and I know I will back.

Phil and his crew is hands down the best in customer service and in repairs. He’s the only guy my husband will trust. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, so we didn’t have to guess what’s going on. Not only was he able to deal with the insurance company for us, but he even helped us out with the rental. His friendly and personable demeanor also made it easy to work with him. He offered to do go far beyond what was needed to in order to make it easier for us. Now we have a brand new bumper and the car looks newer than before we dropped it off. Superb work. Thanks!

Doesn’t ever answer the phone. My friend has called for 2 days at different times and never does anyone answer the phone. Instead the voicemail comes on after a few rings which means that’s how much they care about your business. Wait on them to call you back to spend your money with them. Luckily their not the only ones doing this.

Phillips aka ProDipper has been extremely helpful and professional in working on both of my vehicles. The full Autoflex with “Super Gloss” on my Grand Cherokee SRT8 came out amazing. After a consultation and discussing the costs I brought a sample color and he developed a fully custom mix to my liking. Updated me along the whole way with pictures and videos. Even coordinated having my front suspension re-done. All work was done in-house so it’s a one-stop, shop.Fast forward, a month later I was involved in a MVA and Phillips helped me through the whole process. The vehicle was fixed to OEM+ quality.You can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle here! The quality of work and professionalism is unmatched.I Highly Recommend ProDipper!

I’ve been to many body shops and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Phil goes above and beyond in every aspect of the service. He is patient, communicative and keeps you updated every step of the way. Photos and videos are sent every day to keep you informed of where your car is in the process. Phil’s work speaks for itself. He’s able to bring your vision to life. He exceeded my expectations, it’s unreal! I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend!
