Went here a few months ago and was blown away by the spaciousness! Definitely more expensive than the other arcades and be prepared to spend more money. However, the merch and plushies are official and licensed, as far as I know this is the only arcade in flushing that does not have bootlegs so that may explain the higher price tag. I will say, I really liked the Lunar New Year promo they had and they should definitely have similar events more often to offset the difficulty and high cost-but at the same time, it's still skill and luck based!Machines are definitely harder, but ask employees for help! The last time we went, we were trying to win a derpy looking dinosaur, and it was very difficult (claw was too weak and plushie was very big and chubby) and the worker helped us reposition. The app did glitch and take away 2 tries for us that we weren't able to play, but the same worker helped us (I never got her name but she had glasses!). She was very encouraging and sweet and helped us win it!

Just checked this place out today. It's definitely the nicest claw machine place in Flushing. They have really cool tradeable prizes, and the claw machines are loaded with some of the nicest plushies of all the arcades in the area.The employees are very nice and helpful. They have cute little carts for the plushies you win.The only issue I have with this place is the cost. We have been to every claw machine place in the area, and on average for every 100 dollars you spend you get approximately 5-6 plushies. With the free play you get as a bonus, 7-8. 120 dollars over here only gives you 9 bonus points which depending on which machines you use is only 2-3 bonus plays. We won a plush approximately every 40 tokens. Which is just about 40 dollars. That's fine for the quality of plush you're getting here, but I believe you should get more free plays for spending more money.The quality of plushies at this place is legit. This is definitely 100% authentic quality stuff. Their trade in section also consists of high quality figures, statues, and garage kits. In terms of what they offer, they are probably unmatched. They also have a cool phone app that allows you to save your points upon trading in your plushies. This way if you don't earn enough points for what you want to trade for, you can keep them saved up for your next visit. One of the coolest things they had this time around was a beautiful Aniplex statue of everyone's favorite hashira Rengoku!They are opening a figure/statue store in the lower level. We are definitely going to be coming back to check that out, and we will play the claw machines again. I just hope that they take some of the feedback and either tweak win rates, or offer some more free play for the money.This place has the potential to be the premier claw arcade in Flushing with just some minor adjustments.You should definitely check them out, just understand that if you really want to win something, you're going to be spending quite a bit comparatively to other locations in Flushing. Your plushies will be nicer, but you might only walk out with 1.EDIT:They opened up the figure/statue store downstairs and it's awesome. The variety they have is huge and their pricing is great. Picked up something awesome today, definitely worth checking out for this part of the store alone!Update 2: No place can compare to the variety of the plushies they have here. Same goes for quality. Spoiled by how good the plushies are here.The promos they offer now on regular instances add a lot of value to the amount of tokens you you purchase. The lunar New Year promo they did was amazing. The raffles they offer on app are great too.Recently came here and the employee Grace was awesome. She helped us so much with a particularly difficult to get plush. Highly recommend, project KE. Mainstay of flushing at this point and the premiere claw machine arcade not only in flushing but in NYC in general.

Definitely recommend coming here especially one employee named Phoebe, she saw us struggles so much and she helped us get a cute cinnamon roll Sakura plush. She definitely needs a raise, get her a raise project ke for real.

Have been there several times! This time I went when it was almost closing, but the guy inside was still very enthusiastic! They will also provide intimate guidance on how to catch dolls. It is really a store full of love! Crazy call for little brother Kris! Very considerate, thank you
