I placed an order online for in-store pickup. The web/order site was very easy to use and I only waited less then 2 hours to get an email and text saying I could pick it up. The lines in the store were massive, but the line designed for online order pick-up only had 1 person. The friendly sales associate scanned my phone with the order confirmation barcode and I had my order in under 5 minutes. It was a great experience and would not only use the online order pickup again, but I would recommend it to all.

They need better stores and sometimes the mall smells bad due to the fries on the second floor. However, you can come and get what you need. The food court has a good selection of food and it’s pretty easy to access by bus or trains. Avoid coming here on weekends or rush hour as it gets very full

This review is for the EV charging station. Didn't know that charging in Queens/NYC requires you to pay for garage parking plus EV fees! (There are other charging stations located next to gas stations that don't require garage fees.) Typically it's $6 for 2 hours, but still the garage fee adds up!We came here around 8 AM on a weekday. There were a number of Telsla and non-Telsla charging stations. There were a number of people just hanging out by their Telsla charging portals. I was confused why they don't just go inside the mall. And then I realized that the mall wouldn't open until 10 AM. Also later I found out that if you let your car just sit there after the charge is full, you will be charged with additional fees of idling. So when in NYC, you gotta do what the New Yorkers do. I ended up walking down and back up on the car ramps, fortunately no cars around because the mall wasn't officially open. It was around $15 for around 100 miles, plus $6 of parking fee. I'd say it's fairly reasonable for charging in the city. Convenience? Hmm, not so sure.

Disclaimer: I came during rush hour!!!This supercharger is in floor G and hard to park the car to charge due to the other EVs. See photo... Also this place gets packed .. the more cars the slower the charge .. think about before coming to this location..

Honestly horrible there was a a fight!! No security fast enough. Many kids running around with hoodies and mask. Scary. There should not allow hoodies on or masks, there should security at every entrance and exit scanning at the door or Noone under 18 should be at the mall without a parent. They act like animals I will never return. Unless there are changes. It was really bad. Bathrooms are dirty. Just a bad look.

Went to Applebee's for lunch. Got my regular meal of boneless buffalo wings and bourbon chicken and shrimp off the 2/$25 (in reality it was 2/$35) menu. It was decent - no complaints and waitress was very nice.

It is one of the busiest malls in Queens, with shops and excellent food places. But in terms of the hygienic bathrooms, they leave a very bad appearance, the cleaning staff does their job very well and I have observed them, it is a shame that the clients or people who come to use the bathrooms do not have good manners and leave everything dirty, they urinate outside of the toilet, they do not pull the lever to make the needs they made go away. It's the only thing that leaves a lot to say. What can we say about these people who act like this in a public place, they do it at home too.

The food options are decent but places like McDonalds don’t accept the app and discounts. Plus they took away the children’s play section. Plus Cheesecake Factory doesn’t validate parking anymore. Apple stores customer service service and knowledgeable is horrible.

Homeless people begging in the food court. Beggers at the entrances. It's just not a good experience.
