This place was open by Tiffany and she gave my mom a calendar and it a good place to do laundry but Tiffany used to work at Empire wok with David that was next door until David sold the restaurant to a new owner and retired. The restaurant next-door is called big apple which used to be called empire wok owned by David . USPS mail carrier can go there and chill out. One of David’s customer named Larry Hsu ( Kuo Fang Hsu) sit in the back smoking. I have been to the restaurant before two or three times before it closed and change its name and sold to a new owner.

I only come here, even when I moved to Jamaica, Queens. Nice people and my clothes don't get stolen. Clothes are clean and neatly folded.

I come here because its close to my home and the parking is easy.Every time I do I have a problem with the machines. The owners always make excuses blaming it on you. Saying things like ," your clothes just too dirty" or "maybe its the fabric of your clothes". Insults and remarks. Then they dump there own cheap commercial soap into the machine trying to resolve the problem. I asked why she didn't ask me first before dumping there soap unto my clothing? owners ignored me and said to her colleagues, "go somewhere else". I definitely will. This laundry mat is not welcoming AT ALL. Negative vibes for ethnic persons.

I am Rockaway just for the month and was looking for a wash and fold. I've been going to the beach and working out, so my clothes are sweaty and sandy. I tried a wash and fold closer to my air b n b in far rockaway, but my clothes came back all smelling like sweat. Probably my own, but still gross. I was looking for another wash and fold and this one had great reviews. I thought I'd give it a shot, even though I'd have to drive there. They did SUCH a great job. Not only are my clothes clean (and smell clean), but also their folding is perfect. In addition, they organized all the clothes by type. I wish I could take them with me to Manhattan!
