Very convenient store with parking. Ive noticed its not as stocker as before.

A couple of years ago, the store was always fully stocked, but now the shelves are usually empty. There are few cashiers so sometimes there are long lines. Some cashiers and pharmacy workers are also rude and have a loud, disrespectful tone, which is frustrating especially since I always approach them politely. Everyone gets overwhelmed, but that’s no excuse for blatant rudeness.

Time and time again, I go to this location to get an item and the shelves are empty. I've also been to another nearby location on Atlantic Avenue and the shelves there are empty too. The employees insist they aren't going out of business but it has to be a lie. I'm done with Rite Aid. I would rate them 0 stars if I could

Today Sat July 6, 2024 bought supplements however the vitamin C was not buy one get the other free. I told the cashier I would not not take the vit C she made a displease face.
I can’t understand why they take the job if they they can perform.

Looks like this riteaid branch is closing down. Most of the shelves are empty whenever you go. Went to this location many times and did not get what I wanted to buy because they are out of stock. Simple things like Colgate, toothbrush and soap they don't have. Either they are closing this location or poor management

Got to store 29 mins before closing. Gate for parking locked, understandable. But gate for walk ins being locked? Inconvenient and unprofessional. I came to pick up two items from the Amazon lockers, I would have been out in less than 5 mins.

5/25And again I found the store closed at 10:28pm.What is going on?? If you need to change your hours, then do so, but don't post hours open until 11 pm and close early. It happens all the time. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

It’s expensive for no reason in that store ? maybe that’s why it doesn’t really have any customers and the people there are rude and they would make your purchase more expensive by rising up the price last minute at the cashier ?✋?

The worst customer service ever. I called 2 times and they hung up without answering. The 3rd time i called the lash was super rude. I asked a question about a merchandise and all i got was an “i don’t know”

Worst rite aid in NYC. The staff are overwhelmed and uninformed. You will waste your time by shopping here.

Never any issues with the pharmacy. On 3/9/24 @ 1:22 pm, cashier # 49910288 (young female) in the front of the store was extremely rude. All self checkout machines were inoperable. Had to wait online. Wait times can be very long and cashiers are slow and/ or not enough cashiers.

Manager should look into the matter. There is a fat Muslim woman at the cashier very nasty attitude she have on a hijab. She should have respect people and not acting like she owned the pharmacy. If she doesn’t want to do the job, someone else can replace. these Guyanese people That work in places As customer service they have very nasty with attitude none of the female staff is nice I went in a few times, and I can’t stand the attitude.
