If I can give this place zero stars I would. The staff are quick to get you off the phone and try to hit you with the “Can I call you back in a few minutes” line. Apparently a product that I had made was ready to be shipped out to me, 2 weeks later it still hasn’t showed up at my door and they won’t give me a tracking number. Something shady going on with this business.Edit: after 3 weeks of waiting the product I ordered was finally delivered. I’m adding 2 more stars to my review

I was referred here by my son’s pediatrician, from the start the service I got was far from professional. I had called them to inform them of the prescription I had and from the start they were running in circles as to when I could come in. Finally was able to go in and get my sons impressions done. I was told they should be ready for pick up a week from that date. 2 weeks come and go and I have been the one calling to find out the status of the orthotics. On my last attempt of me calling they tell me they are ready for pick up and I could pick them up before 5:30pm. I get there at 5pm and they are closed. Why wouldn’t they tell me the correct time so I wouldn’t have left work early to be able to make it by that time. Far from professional and not any way they should be dealing with patients!!!!

Refused to sell a simple shower chair in stock.,Very ignorant staff, one is talking in circles about DME insurance policies, which they know nothing about. While the second worker stays in the back of the store, mute refusing to walk in the front of the store to assist me with the stock of shower chairs placed at the front of the store. Engages in profiling and unethical customer service practices. Zero stars, bottom of the barrel.

Called this place checking for a reflex hammer, which can be more difficult to find than you think. They actually had it in stock, and the lady i spoke with on the phone said that they would hold it for me, in case someone else comes in to buy it. They are so helpful, if you know exactly what you want.

too bad u can't give a negative on these reviews. what a horrible experience. eventhough they post merchandise can be returned within 7 days, they don't honor their own policy. i'm not one to complain too much about things but i'm doing this out of principle. i even called 311 and made a formal complained. i bought something and left the store only for 3 minutes. changed my mind and wanted to return it. the guy said NO. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. i went next door and a worker there told me that they hear so many complains about SAM surgical store and consumer affairs visited the place often. the guy is still trying to figure out how the place is not shut down. it's just the arrogance that annoys me where it didn't matter what i said or did. that one star should not even be given but i had to put something.
