Mr. Hudson what in absolute great experience I had In this storage place.It was 15 minutes before closing, and Mr. Hudson did not rush me took his time and took care of us. Definitely great customer service especially with the times that we live in now with generation Z they have no patience no customer service but Mr. Hudson was helpful and you could tell that he enjoyed his job and what he did and appreciated customer service. Something that is very rare in the world we live in. Definitely would recommend this place

The whole building is spotless. The location is convenient and half the price of Manhattan. And Cheryl will take care of everything and treat you like an old friend.

Had to get some storage space for an event in NY and I had the pleasure of speaking with one of their representatives over the phone. Victor was super helpful and got back to me promptly. Staff is super friendly and helpful over the phone. Big shoutout to Hudson, the front desk staff member, he was super helpful and genuinely kind! Reasonable pricing for storage.

let me start by saying Earl, is a very nice and sweet person. he dealt with us with ease, took his time to show us every storage size we Needed, not even wanted. he showed us multiple units and was and im sure IS very accommodating... Thank you Earl. and the price compared to other competitors is VERY CHEAP. huge savings of hundreds and hundreds of dollars. very clean facility and closed loading dock.
