I recently got a space at the location on Borden ave in Maspeth and i am seriously impressed,the entire space is nice new and clean. The staff was very helpful and accomodating..namely Eric he was of great help to me before i even finalized getting in and would recomend secure space to anyone inquiring.

Moving is never easy. Any time the stress of that is lessened, is welcome! We were happy to be able to store our things at SecureSpace. Eric was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! Exactly the type of person you want helping you when you’re frazzled with a move. 10/10!

Beware of this place!! They will increase the rent drastically without your knowledge multiple times a year without any prior warning. You will only notice if you look at your invoice. Beware of the false price they give you initially when renting. They will drastically increase this in a matter of a few months.

I rent and have rent up to three storage spaces at this facility. I must say that I miss the previous supervisor Robert. When he was here the facility was always kept clean and he was always available. For the past few months there have been several supervisors that all claim to be managers and all they do is sit behind closed doors. Every time I come in there’s always a black truck taking over a loading spot. Elevators are not covered and are filthy and bathrooms are the same. I have approached a manager by the name of Juan with an issue and it has yet to be resolved and it’s been two weeks.

I had a great experience at Secure Space self storage not only is the facility impecable but so is the service. The times I’ve been there I’ve only had the pleasure of dealing with Eric, Eric is terrific!!! He’s reliable, honest and just makes a sometimes difficult experience of moving so smooth. Thanks Eric, don’t know who else works there but if Eric’s there you’re in great hands!
