The young lady who works at the Sephora here is so rude. I came in for a return, unused product and had the receipt but she immediately said they can’t return it because I purchased it in a different state. I ensured I’ve done that before because I was traveling to see family so she pages her manager who said she can proceed with the return. She begins the return then stops because I paid in cash. Again paged her manager who said she could proceed so she completed the return. This is frustrating because something as simple as a return within 30 days window with a receipt is made nearly impossible. If I had not been adamant about it then she wouldn’t have paged her manager who gave her permission to complete the return. Safe to say wont be returning to this Sephora. Rather drive further away to get decent service.

I had a very good experience at this store, the associates were really attentive and helped me with what I needed. When I went to pay the young cashier at the register was very sweet.. definitely made me feel welcomed and made it easy for me.

There is a lady named Dora that works here. She gets an attitude when you ask questions or if you ask for any type of samples.

I had a completely unacceptable experience at this Sephora location. I stopped in yesterday to try out a few makeup testers on my hand—exactly what testers are there for. While doing so, the security guard the Indian lady and Spanish lady that works there approached me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, snatched the item out of my hand, and told me I wasn’t allowed to use the testers.
Are you serious? That’s literally what testers are meant for. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, suspicious, or against store policy (at least not any policy clearly posted or explained). The way I was approached—like I was stealing or doing something shady—was not only humiliating but also completely out of line.
If Sephora is going to allow this kind of treatment toward customers, especially loyal ones who are there to shop, not steal, then they need to seriously reevaluate their training, their policies, and the behavior of the staff they allow to represent their brand.

I was followed around by a Loss Prevention “officer” (older lady in a vest) the whole time. Felt very uncomfortable. I was just trying on lotions because I was waiting for my husband. She thought it was weird I stayed in one place and didn’t move? Then when I switched aisles she did too.

Went to purchase a cologne. Was racially profiled by employees as soon as I walked in and would not leave my side for the 5 minutes I was in the store. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I will not be coming back to this location. Terrible customer service.

. Shout out to the older Indian and Hispanic lady working there today who kept harassing my friend and I as we were shopping 🥰!!! So fun. You guys couldn’t have made our experience shopping there any more uncomfortable! :) I get you don’t want people to steal but DO NOT invade their personal space and ask them if they need help or a bag every 2 minutes. Also offering me a bag and pretending to clean EVERY aisle we happen to walk into. Pls avoid this location at all costs

An Indian and Asian female worker from this store were following and harassing me and my girlfriend. This incident happens on 01/04/2025 approximately at 9pm. They ask us three times in a short period of time if we needed help. Please Sephora at kohls reach out to them and the service you provide toward the customer policy and their privacy while shopping.

Such slowwww service. My wife had asked for floral Gucci gorgeous because she’s the best. But unfortunately it took about 30 minutes for us to receive this $100 perfume. All the samples are empty and the shelves are so barren I thought it was closing down, very shocking.

The stock on many items are low and the testers are definitely dirty as some other reviewers have pointed out. However, the lady that assisted me was so kind and helpful! Very polite and treated me very well all the way through. Obviously won't be the best sephora you'll get the chance to visit but with the nice staff, it certainly won't be the worst either.

Worst Sephora I have ever been to. Filthy dirty. Testers missing or dirty. Have no stock or displays at all. Staff was rude to me and other customers. Sephora should close this location. Worst ever Sephora experience
