Such slowwww service. My wife had asked for floral Gucci gorgeous because she’s the best. But unfortunately it took about 30 minutes for us to receive this $100 perfume. All the samples are empty and the shelves are so barren I thought it was closing down, very shocking.

The stock on many items are low and the testers are definitely dirty as some other reviewers have pointed out. However, the lady that assisted me was so kind and helpful! Very polite and treated me very well all the way through. Obviously won't be the best sephora you'll get the chance to visit but with the nice staff, it certainly won't be the worst either.

Worst Sephora I have ever been to. Filthy dirty. Testers missing or dirty. Have no stock or displays at all. Staff was rude to me and other customers. Sephora should close this location. Worst ever Sephora experience

i went to pick up a couple things and the girl with the purple hair was so helpful!! she was so sweet and i even asked her for her product recommendations and she was so patient. they seem understaffed which would explain the store kinda messy tho

My husband and I did some shopping at this store. It's been years since I've stepped in a Kohl's. This place is big with multiple floors for women, men and children's attire. We bought casual/ informal button shirts and khaki shorts for my husband as well as a story book for children. There is a wide selection for everyone and the prices were reasonable. The sales clerk told us if we opened up a Kohl's card that day we would get additional 30% off but we opted out. We don't have a Kohl's by us. However, it's good information to know if we shop here again. What I didn't like was that they didn't have multiple locations to check out your items. You had to check out your items on the main level. I think that's unique to their stores. They also need to put more visible signs for fitting rooms because it was hard to find the one.

They have terrible selection, the return policy is 60 days, but they still couldn’t make a return on my order.

Short and sweet: small selection all around, escalators out of service, quite a few out of stocks in makeup/perfume departments. Best thing about it is that they accept Amazon returns. Make sure you watch them though while scanning and get your receipt for everything. One time they didn't scan an item i was returning and i only found out when Amazon didn't receive it.
