The shop was very cleanBut the only reason I wouldn’t come back is cause of the organge paint that the building is in . It makes me feel like im a prisoner wearing a Orange jump suit .And it also looks like a bootleg Home Depot . I would recommend paiting the shop a neutral color such as all grey like the nice house next door . ONE COMPLETE COLOR PLEASE .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

They were supposed to pick me up via roadside assistance and ended up closing out because they "couldn't reach me" despite me calling three times and leaving two voicemails. This is after I prepaid my tow. I never even saw them drive by me. Don't waste your money.

January 21,2018 Jeep roadside assistance contact to get my 2017 Compass towed. Several attempts were made to contact dispatch but a recording that the person was on the phone. They gave an ETA of 1 HR @ 11:15 AM. They never arrived. Second call @ 1:42 PM again ETA another 1 HR the driver will call in 20 minutes no call back and again never arrived. There nasty driver called @ 3:28 PM and stated he was in Williamsburg and stated when I get there I get there and when questioned regarding the call back stated so. Third call @ 3:53 PM again ETA arriving on location never arrived. Fourth call @ 4:55 PM SKYLINE AUTOMOTIVE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE DRIVER OR JEEP ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. 6 HR'S waisted waiting for a unreliable towing company. I hop they are not part of the DARP OR ROW TOW PROGRAMS.

Stay away!!! Horrible experience with them. I was lied to, and the car was not finished when promised. Very disappointed. Instead of trying to help fix the situation the owner said they have more important jobs than my car smh. Horrible customer service.

A couple of weeks ago, VW assist kept me waiting for four and a half hours for a tow from JFK long term parking - neglecting to tell me they didn't have a contract with either of the tow companies legally entitled onto airport property. After hearing about my predicament, Skyline Automotive came to the rescue by John meeting me in his private automobile to assess my car's condition. I was super impressed by his kindness, willingness to act, and encouragement. If he hadn't appeared, I would probably have spent the night there as VW assist had zero ideas.
