I had created my own company logo but it was suggested to me that I work with a professional to fine-tune and enhance my ideas. After a lot of research I found Spark Creative. After an exhaustive, international search for a company that would design my logo, I stumbled upon Spark Creative Design in New York. I'm so glad I did! Adlai, James and the whole team is fantastic! Their work product is stellar, and their customer service is nothing short of phenominal.When I asked Spark to sign off on legal paperwork releasing all rights for our new logo to my company, they did so without hesitation. Many logo designers today won't do that in hopes of charging their clients royalty fees in the event the logo becomes valuable. Not Spark - they did exactly as they said they would from day one.The creative team did an exceptional job of taking my vision and making it a reality. They provided their expert opinion on key considerations, making the process far easier than it would have been otherwise. They were incredibly attentive to my concerns, and extremely patient with my many revisions.As for their response times? To say their turn-around on complicated sets of deliverables is very impressive would be an understatement. It's great to have found a company that executes designs of the highest caliber with short turn-around times and great customer service, all at a reasonable price.Speaking of cost, I found places both more and less expensive than Spark. I considered working with independent designers on UpWork, and obtained quotes from many freelancers from around the world. I also obtained bids from large design firms in the U.S. and Canada. In the end, Spark won my business based on their customer service and the way they packaged their services. They have obviously put a great deal of thought and effort into making the process as customer-friendly as possible.Spark's superb execution has won my repeat business, and I will continue to take my creative work to them in the future. At first, I was skeptical to trust the design of my logo to anyone but James & Adlai won me over. They have now designed 2 awesome logos for my Ministries and currently working on website. For someone as detail oriented and demanding like me, we work well together. They are reliable, patient, good listeners, very well organized and extremely talented.
