I wish there was an option to give a 0 star rating. Please don't fall for their trick about the $40 monthly home internet payment with the first month free. It's actually $70 per month. Also, they are charging people for a home phone and TV that doesn't exist!
They charged me over $100 for a service that wasn't working. Terrible!

I went into spectrum wanting to cancel my subscription but Anton M & Melissa are honestly the best employees at this location. They helped me navigate through the packages and I was able to lower my monthly bill!

If I could leave zero stars, I would! This store is very unprofessional and the customer service is zero to zilch. We went in there to ask a question about a phone that is no longer working. The sales people were all on their phones and did not want assist As though we were bothering them. They asked us to sign in when no one was in the store. Finally, when the girl came to help us, she had an attitude and never looked up to try to help. So we left! Highly disgusted!!!!

Today I came to purchase a new phone at the Springfield Gardens location. Brandon Ells and Charlyne Murat were eager to assist. They were tentative, knowledgeable and diligent with my concerns of the purchase of my new phone. They also assisted with my questions regarding my secondary phone. Brandon and Charlyne are definitely an asset to the Spectrum team.

I went here yesterday 6/8/25 around approximately 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM. I went to return my Wi-Fi/internet equipment. The store seemed clean and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out and they provided me a receipt. Thank you for your service!

This spectrum store has great service. They are efficient at what they do, and since they have a check-in list(names are displayed on a screen and called in the order they appeared), no one tries to skip ahead of you. The agents are respectful and straight to the point, so there's no time wasted. Their representative, Felicia, is amazing. She took care of my problem, got me my new equipment, corrected an error made by customer service when I called the customer service main number, and answered any questions I had about possible phone service in under 4 minutes. I was in and out in no time. Plus, they are right next to a pizza shop, so you can get a slice or two after you leave, which I did indeed do.

Brandon has done an outstanding job assisting me during my internet transfer. I been trying to get this transfer for 3 days now, and call center couldn’t make it happen for me. But once I went inside the spectrum store Brandon was able to quickly professionally resolve all complications and dispatch a technician to my address within 69 min eta. Thank you. I hope they would be Brandons around. God Bless
