They are supposed to give the customer 300 mp of speed, but they drop the speed down to as low a 27 mp. NOT GOOD. I am not getting what I am paying for.

I came into this specific location to get help with my phone service, Brandon the specialist was trying to help & seeked help from Antun. Antun wasn’t able to help and when I started asking for a supervisor he got combative. He said a supervisor wouldn’t be able to help me & handed me my phone back. He said verbatim, this is why I don’t work in customer service and honestly I didn’t appreciate the aggressiveness. I would hope that in the future they train their specialist to keep their cool and try to find a solution when a customer is coming in with a problem.

Went Saturday morning for name change on my account. Spoke to Mimi.... who was attentive and in 4 minutes was finished with our transaction. I was shocked how fast the process was. Thank you. Excellent customer service.

Very rude disrespectful and unprofessional employee. Refuse to give service to paying customers when I asked for a manager I was told no manager was available 12/28/22

Just went in there to ask a couple questions. It wasnt overly busy, but I decided to sit down as it would take a while. As I was about to sit on one of the lounger I peeped a roach crawling on it. Me and a lil girl ran away ASAP. I moved to one of the tall chairs. Making sure not to touch the table. I was sitting there for about 5 minutes and a roach crawled from under the bottom...I'm sooo disgusted and ran out of there. And checked my clothes before getting in the car.
