Excellent customer service, staff really went above and beyond considering the line and staffing they had.
However, lots of system glitches for people's accounts. This can't be done or ordered because of the system today. This is a corporate issue, but was exhausting to hear over and over again.

Horrible customer service, I wanted to solve a billing issue and the agent was not concerned at all with what I was saying he immediately asked who my cellphone carrier was and wanted to add services to my account and since I said I didn't need any he got upset wrote a number and told me to go home and call that number. If people don't like working with clients they should give the opportunity to those who really want to work.

The Jackson Heights Spectrum store provides excellent service in my experience. Sometimes you have to wait but it is worth it.

AFTER MOVING FROM A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD I THE SERVICE PROVDER sent my daughter mind we are the only Africans Americans in the area there no one other than us . So the only Black female was extremely rude to my child. Mocking her name as if... although the manager tried but her attitude and audacity was prevalent.. And continued to low key mock us until the manger said clock out go home.
As a former employee that could've never been the standard of customer service

This place is ridiculous. Customer service sucks here came to dropped off a modem & router and waited for 40 minutes the have 6 registers and only 3 customer service representative the could've make 1 line for return items and the other 2 for something else this is dumb
