Avoid this location like the plague. Lacks professionalism, respect, proper training and not courteous. Horrible horrible horrible. Stop hiring children or adults who behave like they are the ceo. They are running your business to the ground. Check your cameras and see what your staff is doing while your customers are present. Needs a district visit ASAP. Disgusting

I had a great experience yesterday while setting up my home internet and 4 mobile lines with Spectrum in this store. The rep named Ehsan helped me getting the best deal and getting everything done smoothly and successfully. The store is in great location having available parkings. I’m very happy with the service I’m getting so far and I’ll definitely refer my friends and family to visit Ehsan for the best service .

Of all the Spectrum places Ive been to, this one is the absolute best….. only because of one employee Wai…. He’s the best of the best when it comes to customer service. Had them for a long time now since they had problems at their end 6 month ago my Internet has been shit totally unreliable had 4 technicians over and call 2 to 4 time a week at least with no resolution to my terrible Internet service, go with someone else, I am changing my service now.....
