Lot of negative reviews for this location, but many are referring to billing or account issues and not the service at this particular store. I stopped in to return equipment after disconnecting my service and was greeted immediately upon entering and completed my transaction within just a minute or two.

Supposed to be open right now. Literally in front of the store and it is closed. So glad I am DONE WITH COMPANY AND ON WITH VERIZON NOW! SWITCH TO VERIZON BECAUSE WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS! VERIZON IS LITERALLY $25/Mo ON PROMOTION RIGHT NOW! THINGS LIKE THIS ARE WHY I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO SPECTRUM!

I had a very rude agent the other day when I called Customer Service at Spectrum. I almost hung up she was so short with me and snippy. Luckily most of their agents are not like this but I had to wonder how she got the job because clearly she is not cut out for it. Next time I will make sure I catch the name of the person.

This store should not be used employees in the store give you bad information They tell you a phone it's on sale and it is not you wind up paying Wow you wind up paying $500 for a phone that's not worth it This store should be investigated and I am having it investigated by the consumer phase department of New York City when you call management at spectrump they do nothing about it I am very very unhappy with the phone that I have and the price that I have to pay

Called before arriving to switch out defective modem- got there before they opened Sunday at noon. There were three people already waiting- they opened promptly and despite having one difficult client, got me in and out in under 10 minutes! Employee was very pleasant and helpful!
