Stopped by the Fresh Meadows spectrum store to take advantage on the mobile plans that they have. I wanted to find out if switching over my 4 lines was worth it. Thankfully one of the employees named Ty was there to help us. I took a while, but that was expected since I had to change over 4 lines. This guy and the staff for this store was so awesome. Ty was even scheduled for his break and refused to go on break until the process was completed. If your thinking about switching over or even for your home service thuis branch is the place to go. The staff are nice, genuine and caring. Ty rocks!!!!!!

Had the worst possible experience in this store. Juan is very, very rude and actually fabricated a story to support his false narrative! He has no customer service skills n I take it personally because he had a very bad attitude with me twice in 2 weeks. Will be speaking to the manager because I’m sure I’m not the only person he does this to. Other staff in the store were polite and helpful to their customers…Manager needs to have a serious sit down with this Juan dude and send him back to customer service training!

The staff and her store manager provided absolutely incorrect and misleading information on the process of an account transfer/takeover.They were adamant and doubled down that it is not possible to retain a phone number when changing owners, and it can only be done when the business name remains the same. Otherwise the account would need to be shut down, and along with it -- the phone number that supposedly cannot be preserved.This contradicts what customer service stated over the phone and in fact its much faster and easier to submit a request online once logged into your account.Customers should get a 2nd opinion when faced with rejection or claims that "it cannot be done". Sometimes it's simply easier to do it yourself and not go in store.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Juan went above and beyond to help me and my family. He offered services I didnt know Spectrum had AND features we currently pay for but didn’t know we had. Go see Juan at Spectrum in Fresh Meadows.
