be careful when transferring service here, theyll cancel the service and start a new one so they can get commission on the new service fee that you get charged. Youre not supposed to have to pay a fee when transferring

Don’t ever use spectrum. They scam you!Internet is slow, service is terrible, and many hidden fees.They would promise you a rate and charge you differently. Make sure you record all calls from them to back yourself up.

The biggest mistake you can make is to subscribe to Spectrum. This company does not know how to treat customers, they will never provide you with complete information. You will buy a plan for one price and be prepared to pay extra for incomprehensible services. biggest scam

Customer service here sucks.You walk In and they pay you no attention. You just stand around looking aimlessly. People look tired here. And they are only interested in up selling you a mobile plan then helping out with anything else.Spectrum is the worst.but on the bright side the xumo box seems like there might be some hope. It the manager is tina then I understand why the employees here are the way they are. THEY JUST DONT CARE..... SMH.

Walked in with a question about my service and walked out with an upgrade to my service. Robert helped me out with the best customer service I’ve had in recent memory. He definitely went the extra mile & even sent a follow up email with more tips. Spectrum is fortunate to have him representing them. Thanks Robert!
