I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service is so good it makes me question my entire stance on writing reviews… and Karla did just that. She helped my grandma set up internet and TV. Everyone else looked like they’d rather be anywhere else, but Karla was patient, clear, and even re-explained

I really wish there were more choices for cable and internet. Service sux, prices keep going up while quality goes down. This location was not helpful at all and kept refering us to use the app.
