This review is well overdue. My parents have beens renting out storage units at Stop and Stor for over five years. Bibi, and Erol have always gone above, and beyond the call of duty in always providing us with an excellent five star quality experience! If you're ever in need of renting out storage unit or units at this location look no further to Bibi, and Errol who will always exceptionally take care of you!

Very old building and they dont bother to install elevator up to the upper storage rooms. They want you to take stairs with your stuff. Staff are not very helpful and so rough. This company has no business in the storage industry. The good things is another storage company just built a new building next to it. What a relief for the community.

Excellent and extremely helpful front desk that’s Bibi who set up my account also Errol and very helpful Karissa the custodian ? as a first time customer Bibi walk me thru the entire process especially my senior and referral discounts which is very helpful I am a very satisfied customer and shall definitely recommend Stop and Stor to everyone ? thank you all

Great service. Nice and friendly staff.Always willing and able to help my husband and I put whenever we need it. Thank you Stop and Stor at Grand Ave. very clean storage facility, and access to storage unit quick and easy drive in, parking available. Great space too!

Moving is difficult and so is uncertainty.Stop & Stor in Elmhurst gave me the tools need to overcome these challenges.The facility is clean accessible and secure. Bibi helped guide me through the process of protecting my assets with insurance and really any questions I had. She was very patient and reassuring.In short, this facility cares.

Great places for storage & I can't believe how clean it is. Even the bathrooms are spotless! They have good rates and wonderful customer service. Speak with Bibi Z, the manager - she is a tremendous help for any of your storage needs!

Best self-storage in elmhurst , great location , the rent price is reasonable, they have three loading docks for small truck and big truck , super convenient for business owners, and Very friendly staffs in there . Especially Natalie , she is very nice and helpful, she will definitely help you to find a right unit there .
