Don’t even waste your time to make an appointment in this place. I had my appointment (3 hours glucose test) at 9:00 am and I arrived there earlier in case I had to sign papers, and they were not open, (on the door they say open from 8:00 am). After waiting for more than half an hour I found out that they were closed, and no one had the courtesy to call in advance to let me know!!!! Extremely unprofessional and clearly they don’t care about their patients.

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. The staff is rude and obnoxious, and they communicate poorly at best. They discriminate, so if you go there, I hope you meet their criteria. When there is a discrepancy, they treat you as if you are below them. Reprimanding instead of explaining courteously. By the end of my exchange, I felt as if I DO NOT want these people touching me anyway, drawing my blood, etc.

The employee Dhonna is very unprofessional. I came in for blood work and didn't know my doctor requested an urine sample too. I used the bathroom while I waited for him to do the paperwork and he sighed saying that he needed my urine. I told him why he didn't tell me that I can't use the bathroom and his reply was that he told me to sit down, not use the bathroom. I didn't know I needed permission as an adult to use the bathroom. If I came in for blood work, how in the world would I know that my doctor requested an urine sample. Instead of apologizing, he gave me an attitude. Terrible customer service. Disappointed in my doctor for recommend a place with 1 star reviews. I hope they're not aware. Shut this place down

Horrible and rude black woman working there and by no means am I a racist!! She is just horrible!! Why is it always the black women that are rude with customer service or front desk 9 times out of 10??? Unbelievable.

Just a rude nasty black woman working at the front desk... it's always like that with those people.. and then I'm the bad guy for pointing that out. Unbelievable. She should be fired!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING! THE DOORS ARE LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE OF THE STAIRCASE. THAT MEANS THAT IN CASE OF TRUE EMERGENCIES YOU ARE LOCKED INSIDE THE STAIRS! HUGE, HUGE VILOATION!

I called and asked if an order was needed to obtain bloodwork after being told one wasn’t needed I raced over. I arrived to one male employee In the entire office and explained my request and the urgent need due to a upcoming surgery I was told that I did in-fact need an order to proceed . After putting the general annoyance of being misinformed aside I called my doctors office right away to request they be sent over ASAP and kindly explained multiple times that order was being sent and pleaded with him to begin the work and feel free to send it over when he the official lab. He sharply and abruptly stated very coldly that there was no way he could do it. I asked it there was any way he could assist and he just repeated the same sentence “ no there’s nothing I can do no there’s nothing I can do” absolutely the definition of unhelpful not to mention the rudest guy I may have spoken to in my life.I will NEVER step foot in the place again. They can’t and won’t help you the prior reviews are correct don’t waste your time !

the worst place ever. Poke me four times and did not get any blood. Very unprofessional and rude. Throw away my half filled bottle of blood sample. Run away.
