This place in the Store I have been going there for long time and since this of January I have been going to the store.The assistant manager JING I ordered 5 items from her and she told me to pay for the items and that’s what I did, she said you pay for the item then you get your items. This is not a business I tried to explain to her but she didn’t want to understand me. I bought so many items from them and she and the manager did not give me any gifts. I will only go there if the manager and assistant manager are not there. JESSICA the manager ignored me I’m not happy at all the assistant manager asking me why you pay cash not your debit or credit it is not her business to ask me. I have never had a bad experience like this. The assistant manager JING did not have trust in me. I call the store they don’t answer my calls that’s so rude it’s because I’m not going to shop with them anymore so they don’t answer me. JING the assistant manager is very racist

I visit this Swarovski location often and the associates have been great every time. During my most recent visit, Joslyn was awesome and very helpful. She helped me get the right percentage of birthday discount, which I didn't get from the Times Square location, and she was very friendly and professional.

0 STARS! HORRIBLE Experience with Rosalia! RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, 0 customer service skills. I went to pick up a large purchase I made online. She basically spilled out my items on the counter and rudely asked for my ID and confirmation email with out even a simple greeting. Then she rushes to give me my order and has a terrible, nasty attitude the whole time. I left and decided to really check my items closely, noticed one earning was BROKEN and clearly DAMAGED. I had to go back to let her know and just ask what my opinions are, she starts raising her voice saying “this is the cut of earring! This isn’t scratched! These items are discontinued! We can’t do anything!” Another associate named Monti noticed and had to step in to tell her STOP, We can just help her look at other stores. I felt DISRESPECTED, ATTACKED and simply REGRETTING EVER choosing Queens Center Mall for my pick up! GO TO ANY OTHER STORE! ROSALIA should NOT be working for a supposedly “high end brand” with her bottom of the barrel, disrespectful, NASTY attitude and skills! If you hate your job ROSALIA-GET A NEW ONE!!! I will be back to speak to management soon :)

Rocio is fabulous!!! She received me with a gentle smile and a lot of warmth, Suenore was attentive and even worried about asking me about my tastes!!! I felt very comfortable in the store... until another saleswoman appeared to interrupt the fabulous work that Rocio was doing, to suggest a watch with stones, to which I had already told her that it was not to my liking because I do not like them watches with stones!!! and her bad comment was" THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG STORE " really bothered me, then I knew she was the store manager!!!! I was about to leave and not buy anything but Rocio and her gentle attitude and friendly treatment made me change my mind.
