This is a neighborhood Target! So it is smaller than your giant sized super stores. Less options/quantity but it has everything from electronics to clothing, groceries, baby products, home products, beers, and a pharmacy! This Target relies on the self-checkout but they also have a few cashiers in the event for returns and if it’s busy. Great place for everyday needs.

This store treats it's customers like criminals. Between an armed NYPD officer and products locked up this store must be unsafe. It is local to me but I avoid it since they decided to have a life threatening gun on premise. If you continue to shop here, please be careful.

This store looks better than the entire neighborhood. It's a relief to step inside after walking across Roosevelt Ave. Not to mention, much fairer prices than all the local supermarkets.

I would give this place zero stars for my experience today. I understand security has to do their jobs, but when you feel alienated for being a man of color just wanting to shop, that's when the frustration sets in. I was literally just browsing the men's clothes trying shirts on, and the security literally passed by me 4 times. Then, even after I made my purchase, I was still being followed and watched. I just spent over $50, and even then, I was still suspicious? I wouldn't bother shopping here again. At most, I may possibly do just order pickups. It's insane how prejudiced these people are. The worst part about it, it wasn't even a white security guard. I'm sure they don't do that to their white customers. I would have complained to the management, but I'm sure that would have gone to deaf ears. I just choose not to shop here again moving forward. I work hard for my money to be profiled as a common thief.

Waited at order pick up area for 5 mins, no joke; finally saw a staff, asked if there was anyone up for the order pick up section, she won’t speak English to me, I understood Jackson heights is a Spanish spoken area; I kept waiting, finally someone came and picked up online order. I won’t come back to this location. It’s not target standard.

Most of the employees are children with TERRIBLE customer service. The policies in this target are dumb. I tried to do in-store pick up to avoid dealing with anyone in this target but they can't even do that right. If you do in store pick up make sure you check your order before walking out.

The worst target I have ever seen. Really small just go to queens center mall that one is really good. They had nothing I was looking for and it’s crammed everything.

Well stocked store. However, lines frequently unwieldy with long wait times at both associate and self checkout counters. The store also closes certain segments prior to the advertised closing time as well.

Happy to know this target opened in Jackson Heights. Sad to know how lame their restocking of merchandise is. I have gone there many instances looking for something and never available. I ended up buying things from Amazon. They need a better system to keep merchandise available in the store. Overall, it’s nice to have this option available. Sucks to be asking someone to open the glass displays to buy a simple toothpaste but it’s understandable; knowing how low society have gone these past 3 years.

I left the neighborhood a while ago and every time i visit family I notice a new spot opened up.. i was excited to see a new target open here, however, the excitement was short lived. t's a little target whivh is okey if you're in a pinch but then again the area is full of stores so you can always find what you need around quicker than in this target.. is severely understocked and good luck finding staff to help you. Is ok to come here and grab a thing or two while passing buy but I suggest you go to the bigger one in Queens Blvd for your real needs.

I was happy that a Target was coming in this neighborhood but the happiness faded quickly. The staff are not approachable, friendly, or helpful. For example when you are cashing out your merchandise no one is there to help you and if you accidentally did something you get an attitude from them.Target pays their employees well so I don't understand this attitude.
