A great spot in the Forest Hills area! I was craving a burger and I saw this on yelp and came by! They have a variety of different beers on tap and in the fridge. They have a good amount of seating if you want to order some food, they have a variety of different kinds of food to order from wings, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, salad and more! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They also have TVs so you can watch a game while drinking a cold beer ! I definitely will be returning to try the wings!

Support this Latin-Owned business. This place is a really cool spot for craft beers and the food is 100% on point. Plus the owners are cool too…

To say, I can't wait to go back", is an understatement. Came out with some friends. Had their Korean BBQ and their Mango Habanero wings and they were a hit. We then had some burgers and sandwiches and a side of tater tots. There's more menu and more wings we want to try. Luis was our bar expert and the host with the most. The beer was great! They have an array of drinks but to see it's locally owned, and run, just makes you want to make sure a place like this stays open for a loooooong time. I secretly feel a bit bad telling you about this place but sharing is caring and I can't possibly eat THAT many wings, or can I? Go try them and their other food yourselves, you won't be disappointed.

I'd rate The Local four and a half starsGreat beer shop with some American bar fare. They have five taps; all were local craft beers. They have a large beer fridge with tons of cans. I didn't go through the inventory thoroughly but it seemed like those also focused on local and regional crafts.I didn't try any food but it looked good. Looking forward to returning for some grub.

The place is small, but we I'll definitely go back. The wings are delicious (my favorite are the lemon pepper wings). We went with our two kids and we're able to enjoy the food and assortment of beers while we played some of the games they have available. It made me feel like less of a degenerate because we were able to have a fun family night. The service was also really great. Only downside for me as a mother, was the lack of changing table... the bathroom is tiny so I can see why they didn't have one.

Came in while in town for a couple of days and loved it!The restaurant is small but clean and has a nice vibe to it. Simple, industrial feel is a good description. The service was good, although it’s not table service - you have to go to the bar to order food. Having said what - it’s not a big deal. The guy at the bar was very nice and he quickly offered tasters if the beers they have on draft. Once you order, they do bring the meal out to your table. I sat inside but they also had 2 outside tables. The burger I had was AWESOME!! I can eat and the double mushroom Swiss burger was all I could handle along with the fries (the fries were good, not great). They only have a limited draft selection. It was only 4 beers the day I came in, but they had 5 large fridges with a huge variety of cans of all styles from all over.It might be small, but in my opinion - they delivered big. If I’m back this way; I’ll be back.

I usually get the chicken sandwich with avocado and turkey bacon but because thwy didn't have any bacon I got a turkey burger. Kinda disappointed...while it wasn't nasty well under an average burger especially going from a GOURMET chix sandwich. I will not be recommending the turkey burgers anymore.

Dearest denizens of discerning drinks,In a landscape littered with lagers, ales, and those sweet nectarine brews that we all long for on an idle Wednesday evening (or is that just me?), this establishment stands tall, glistening like the froth atop a freshly poured pint. It's the oasis for the thirsty traveler with a penchant for the truly local, the authentic, the artisanal! Indeed, their beer selection is like the Louvre - if the Louvre was filled with hop-laden masterpieces, all from our best neighborhood breweries. Every sip is a chorus of liquid legends, proclaiming: "Drink me, for I am the soul of this fine city!"Now, as for the food, I've yet to dive deep into the menu's vast offerings. But I'll tell you this, if their culinary delights are anywhere close to their beer prowess, I'm about to embark on a gastronomic odyssey worthy of its own epic tale. Stay tuned. However, a word of caution to the guardians of this glorious taproom: be on the lookout for a local yokel with a bloated resemblance to Billy Squier (remember him? If not, Google's your friend, see below). This fellow, thinking he's the Rex Reed of Yelp, has been peddling(cause he can no longer drive, I hope) his unsolicited opinions around town. Now, I'd be the last to begrudge a man his drink, but rumor has it he's recently escaped the clutches of the Florida legal system, sporting a brand new DUI badge of dishonor. For the love of hops, do not - I repeat, DO NOT - give him a beer. Just point him to the exit and suggest he mounts his trusty scooter, lest he ventures on the roads and graces the headlines once more. All in all, this place is the veritable Mecca for the malt aficionado. Go, relish, and drink responsibly. Cheers!
