The worst service specially The guy with a beer he is so un polite. He thought UPS is his store and he’s very rude., somebody has to check these people because there was fighting in front of us so unprofessional

I came in to return a few items, and while processing them the employee actually emptied out part of my returns. As I was leaving, he shouted “Take your garbage with you!” in front of a long line of customers.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I visited on Friday afternoon 12/12 at 1:14pm.. No customer should be spoken to like that. If someone doesn’t want to do their job or treat people with basic respect, they shouldn’t be working with the public

Worst UPS store ever. No one’s ever at the counter. Customer service sucks always trying to up sale products when you don’t need. Got Amazon package for return that come in a box but telling me can’t do the return because it needs to be in another box. I received the package like this from Amazon so why are they telling me that they can’t take it the same way I received it.

I must say, all 3 guys that are usually there; John, Jonny & Mike are amazing. Always greet without an issue. I’m a daily customer as I drop off packages for my business. They take care if me right away. Very friendly.

Terrible store closes early all the time. Workers have bad attitudes, like they're doing U a favor, that's Ur job, if U don't like it move on. I'm calling the main headquarters Exec office & complaining big time. I wasn't the only 1, there were others. I lady said it happened 2 her 5 times. This has 2 stop, U have this store here 2 accommodate Ur customers & the public, then live up to Ur obligation to them, or just don't have it & let Fed Ex take over. Will seek other options from now on.

Got there at 3:01 on Saturday, doors open, boxes still haven’t been picked up by the driver. They wouldn’t take my pre labeled package.

The staff was courteous and explained me well everything I needed to know. But the charges are too costly or expensive for the print of the label it’s $5 the box for packing my item $12.36 total $17.81 with tax. Maybe consider lowering the price a bit for your customers.

avoid this store at all costs, they will make any excuses to not accept your package. they’re too lazy to even scan packages while other UPS locations scans the same packagings just fine. they rather upcharge you.

I want to take a moment to recognize Matthew, who works behind the register at the UPS. Every time I visit he greets me and everyone that comes in with a warm smile and genuine attitude. His politeness and care for customers truly stands out. It's great to see someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Matthew definitely deserves a raise.
