Missing packages or theft appears to be an issue at this location. Had a package that was left here for pickup and they claim it was picked up but they still had it according to the tracking number. Associate was rude and unhelpful. The sender ended up having to resend a replacement. Be forewarned.

The south Asian girl on the desk clearly had no one in line but was unhelpful and pushed me to self check out anyway. If she doesn’t want to deal with people, a customer service job isn’t for her and her position should be obsolete if she wants everything streamlined through kiosks.

Genuinely feel like delivery drivers for this company make no effort to deliver your packages. Was home all day on the days packages were set to be delivered and never had a single knock on the door, then you need to pay $6.99 to deliver it to the UPS store so it doesn’t get returned to sender???? Will not ship with UPS ever again

Man at the counter couldn't even speak English could not help me at all with shipping my package out. I had a terrible experience. I will definitely not be back

I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. One of the employees a tall big man with long hair refused to accept my return package, despite the clear instructions stating: “Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original polybag containing the barcode and SKC. Take the return package and show the QR code to any UPS Store.”
I followed all the instructions: my items were securely packed in the original polybag, and I showed both the QR code and the return instructions. Instead of assisting, he was rude and dismissive. He refused to process the return unless I bought a $2 box, even though the packaging met all the stated requirements.
While I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra $2 under different circumstances, his nasty attitude and complete lack of professionalism were unacceptable. He was also inconsiderate to other customers in the store.
Do yourself a favor find another UPS location. I absolutely do not recommend doing business at this store. Avoid it at all costs.

BED BUG ALERT!!
Was in here today trying to ship a package and a large, living, bedbug was just chilling on one of the boxes next to the shipping counter
. I told the woman behind the counter and she just started looking around and said “oh, they must of just come out today”.
COME OUT TODAY?!
They clearly know about this issue. AVOID!!!

Arrived at 1:22pm and out the door by 1:24pm! 4 packages scanned and done with Great service - both speedy and friendly. I dread going to other drop off locations because the wait times are so long and the customer service varies. Always in and out with this location.

This guys are terrible they are price gouging Charge $2.50 when I printed from a USB device in an auto automatic machine I go to lots of other places to do print out but this will be the last time I ever go to this place.

Do not drop off expensive packages here. Judging by reviews, its definitely someone in the store. Ive had 2 pairs of shoes stolen that I shipped out. Employees could care less and tell you to open a claim.

Do not ship your packages here. It will be stolen and you will not be reimbursed.My $2,100 package was stolen at this location.It never made the UPS truck according to the the Maspeth UPS security manager after it was deemed "lost". The Maspeth Hub security investigation team informed me that it never moved across the country to its destination.I received the runaround from this Woodside UPS franchise store for 4 months straight. The UPS manager Raj and the condescending Owner who works in the pharmacy gave me the runaround for 4 months straight.I was told many times I would received my insured reimbursement check but I never received it till this day. They had told me they mailed me a check .. but "ironically" the check was stolen as well ... in another state! So both my "shipped" package and insured mailed check was stolen.They also sent me on a wild goose chase to another bank to receive my payment and this went on for months. Nothing has been rectified.I had to file a Police Report, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau, spoke to the Woodside USPS manager about the stolen check.. and every other person involved in this fiasco.. only for all this to go nowhere.Believe the negative reviews here. If you are shipping any high value package.. YOU WILL LOSE IT .. and you will not be paid back because this store is a hotbed for stolen items and they know how to cover their backs when your package gets - "Lost".
