Everything went well with the ordering process and the only issue was my soaker bath order was delayed because it was on back order. Otherwise Nicole (who no longer works at Three Way), Rich and Andrew helped me a lot and the project went well.

I don't know why there are any negative reviews here. Andrew was excellent to work with. I was in and out in less that an hour with everything I needed for my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, made suggestions and was not pushy. I needed certain items ASAP and he made it happen. He even arranged for his son, Michael, to pick up a drain that I needed right away and deliver it to my house 2 hours after I left his store. It is hard to find customer service like that. I will be recommending Three Way Plumbing to all my family and friends.

Went to this store since I was looking for a Hansgrohe shower set which is what they deal in. Helped by Nicole who was pleasant and ordered my set. Price was reasonable from what I can tell comparing it online and was told it was in stock and should arrive 7-10 days. So I timed it with my contractor who started the work. As we approach day 10 (business days) My wife called to follow up on the order and was told it should arrive by Friday (day 10) and we will receive a call in the morning. So Friday comes and no call. I follow up on Saturday and was told I will receive a call on Monday. Once again, no call until I called them 2 times before I received a call back saying that it is in transit and to wait for another 2-3 days. When I mentioned that the original timeline was 7-10 days they brushed me off saying, well we are at the tail end of the 10 days. Of course I wait some more since I really do believe in trying to support my local small businesses. I call again on Wednesday and was told they are not sure when it will come in and to check again on Monday. I decided to just cut my losses and cancel my order. There was no issues with the cancellation so they get a star and the price was reasonable so another star but don't count on any follow up or sense of urgency when you call. They really need a system of tracking their orders in this day and age everyone knows where their packages are.
