Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!! At all costs!! This was the worst experience of my life other than the accident. It’s literally a ponze scheme between this place and Anthony and Eddie’s towing. Anthony is the manager at Top level but also has his own tow yard at Anthony and Eddie’s towing which he uses to send total loss cars and charge an arm and a leg for storage fees. He charges way above the average price and he is terrible at communicating both with you and the insurance companies because he gets really defensive. He won’t allow you to get you car when you want even if it’s a total loss because he wants to be able to keep it as long as possible to get all and any money from the insurance companies. They literally separated my keys and my car to be able to keep it longer and thankfully I caught on and grabbed my keys from Top level before going to the tow yard at Anthony and Eddie’s to speed up the process.The worst part is He sends out people to look for accidents in Queens who make it seem like they’re trying to help but in the end the process with dealing with Anthony is such a headache, the worst and not worth it. They even promised to take the plates off before the salvage yard took my car and they didn’t. Somehow Anthony forgot, but I have a feeling he just didn’t care enough to do it. Thankfully IAA was nice enough to send them to me. Don’t do it even if you’re desperate, ask a friend or family member for triple A first.

Top level collision is PHENOMENAL! Over the top. Someone hit my car and it was towed by Rick. He took care of everything personally. My car looked like it came off the showroom floor when they were done. My car looked amazing! Haha if I can figure out how to post the before and after I will. While they had my car I had a fender bender with my sisters car which is a 2005 Toyota Avalon. He fixed that in less than 3 hour's flat! Had that Avalon looking brand new as if a scratch and dented hood and messed up bumper hadn’t happened! I’m amazed. TOP LEVEL COLLISION will be my forever place for work done on my car. I was afforded a complimentary car wash inside and out! Where do they do that at? Can’t be beat well worth my time and money spent! Thank you Rick and your staff. AMAZING customer service I’ve posted the red traverse on here somewhere. Judge for yourself.

Horrible place. They will scam you all over. Don't trust even if you have insurance, they will make you pay out of pocket even with insurance.

Not a happy customer, I don’t even want to bring my car back for them to fix the issue they should’ve noticed as they “test drove my car” the noises that you clearly hear. Ever since I got it fixed the front of my Mercedes Benz won’t stop making noises, I done brought this car back for a wheel alignment thinking that was the issue and clearly it wasn’t. For anyone please pay attention to the comments and reviews I know some can be misleading but I wish I listened to the reviews but I made their tow truck person convince me otherwise and I regret it 😒. You can tell I’m over it, last time I brought my car there Rick said he would go 50/50 on the rental I didn’t even go back for the damn money.

I had an amazing experience with Top level collision ! The team was absolutely wonderful and I got my car back much faster than expected. The process from beginning to end was also very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend!
