Travers Park is a beautiful neighborhood park in Jackson Heights, Queens. It is a great park for kids with a clean playground, a baby section, and a big kid area. The park is perfect for a family outing, with plenty of benches, nice shade, and lots of room for picnics in the grass. It is a space full of life where children play and families enjoy time together. The park has basketball courts, handball courts, tennis courts, and a soccer field. It is a wonderful, peaceful retreat where adults play tennis, people enjoy cardio classes, and dog walkers visit. The park and surrounding streets are clean and well-maintained. Near LaGuardia airport, it is an extraordinary spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the community, radiating joy and perfect for disconnecting.

Nice place to hang out. Lots of changes to this park over the past decade. There used to be four handball courts but two of them have since been renovated. Its current state is a dog park.
