Came here to get 2 phones fixed, both phones were fixed super quickly, and worked perfectly after! Front counter is super friendly, and the store is in general very clean. I would definetly recommend getting your devices fixed here.

I came here after seeing they were an authorized Google Pixel repair shop. Miraculously, they had the exact part I needed replaced and they took care of it in just a couple hours time. Can't thank, praise, or recommend them enough

Absolutely phenomenal experience with the team at this location came in to get my Google pixel 6a screen fixed and they did an awesome job with some top notch customer service 10/10 will go again hopefully not anytime soon though! 😂

I had a battery replaced at uBreakiFix, and it went bad after only a year. When I contacted them to explain how unreasonable that is for a replacement battery, they made no effort to compensate me or offer any kind of solution.
For a service that markets itself as professional and reliable, this was extremely disappointing. A replacement battery should last longer than a year, and the complete lack of accountability afterward makes it worse. I expected better customer service and support, but instead I was left on my own.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend uBreakiFix for battery replacements.
