Like others have said, this place has some shady business practices. Their website claims that they diagnostics are free- this is not the case. I was charged about $30 for them to take a look at a Steam Deck with trigger button issues. I felt compelled to have the work done here at that point. I was told that they would call me in regards to the work that needed to be done and the timeframe in getting the replacement parts. They never called me and I had to be the one reaching out and staying on top of the process. I was also charged $180 for the work without an explanation or breakdown of the charges. About 12 days after dropping off my device initially (with little to no contact or updates from their end), I finally got back my device extremely dusty and with fingerprints all over the screen. I made sure to clean everything up when I initially dropped it off. They also left a bunch of stickers on the back and even stripped one of the screws when reassembling everything. Said screw also wasn't screwed in properly and left sticking out. Don't trust them and definitely look elsewhere.

It took 4 months to fix laptop screen and originally it was touchscreen, they replaced with non-touch.Was given back the wrong charger, sloppy.Don't understand why they asked my password for "further tests"

DO NOT HONOR FREEE DIAGNOSTIC. I took my ps5 for this facility, initially facility refused to honor the free diagnostic. I had no issue paying it as I was promised that they will add it to my total once my item was fixed. After a few weeks of no contact, I was told that the power supply was not in stock & to wait. After waiting months with no contact I proceed to retrieve my item and requested a refund but facility refused. I asked for upper management information but they refused, did not provide any information on how to proceed. Lost a customer over 25$ refund.

Pretty much a scamI went to go and fix my screen for my Ipad it took forever to get it back. From the time that they've quote it probably took a few more months that. I went in to get my ipad when the time it was fixed and after I paid for it I left the store. The screen shattered not even a couple blocks away from the store because there was edge that was sticking out and it shattered my screen. I brought it back to the store and they said they couldn't fix it. One of the workers were yelling at me when I asked them to show me the before and after pictures of my Ipad of the repairs and they couldn't show it to me. The one worker was yelling at me that he took pride in his work. At the end it ends up he wasn't even the one that fixed my ipad and it was the manger.Terrible customer service and terrible service. Would never return here again. The value wasn't worth it because I am still left with a cracked screen with a repair that cost me more than $350.

The first store in Forest Hills went above and beyond locating the exact part I needed for my phone. The second store in Bayside did an amazing job with the repair and were even able to assist me with my short time frame. I was very pleased with both store's efforts to reliably solve my phone issue. Thank you!

I was recommended to go to the store from the Rockville center location due to the fact that they did not have somebody who can starter at the time when I arrive to this location I walked up to the counter and waited for someone to come out when the person came out he walked right past me completely Did not acknowledge the fact that I was even standing there and continue to talk to another customer. Granted he was dealing with that customer already but a simple hello give me one second I'll be with you it's not that hard.... However, I let it go. I proceeded to still stand there, waiting to be acknowledged, and yet again, he comes back out, completely walk past me, and continues to talk to another customer as I still stand there... so I leave the store pissed, annoyed, and slightly insulted. I decide to give it a few minutes and come back. Maybe he's busy NO! As I come back in, he's wrapping up with a customer, and I go back to the counter with my device, waiting to still be at least acknowledged. As he wraps up, he looks at me and goes. I'm sorry this other person was here first and continues on to another customer who is standing off to the side. Is it really the hard to say HI Or give me a few minutes im busy ?!?? Or do you just not care?

I had a great experience here! The staff were kind, fast and knowledgeable. The service was impeccable! I had my phone repaired somewhere else and they had left something inside! This had caused my phone to malfunction terribly. I got my phone fixed here within minutes of waiting. I can't recommend this location enough! I would come back for all my repairs.

I came in half an hour before closing time. They took the phone immediately and swapped the screen in 20 minutes, perfect work. Fast and friendly.

Didn't get serviced here bc they were going to charge me more than what I was quoted for and wasted my time while never addressing the quote discrepancy. I recommend going to the College Point uBreakiFix location (to, at the minimum, receive better customer service) if you're still looking to go the Asurion route.There were a lot of customers while I was waiting to be seen and nearly everyone had an issue; ranging from taking too long for their phone to be serviced (same-day), another phone having been serviced but the SIM card slot was missing, or long-standing issues (laptop was serviced for a month, issue wasn't resolved and was still charged for labor with no refund or discount).You can try your luck here but they seem to overcharge every chance they get.

They were quick, direct, and respectful. Had my phone done in 20 minutes when another store said it could take up to 2+ hours. Showed me what was wrong and were very nice.

There is obvious light leakage on the screen around the front camera of the Samsung screen. The maintenance personnel insisted that it was normal and would not repair it. After negotiating many times, they said that they would test it. I heard that thay talked in private that there was light leakage but it was little, but they came out and told me there is no issue... Don't regard customers as fools, ok? Stay away from this store; meanwhile I am very disappointed with the repair service of Samsung phones, this is the first and last time I go for buying Samsung phone. ???
