Extremely disappointed with the handling of my package. This envelope was clearly marked “OFFICIAL DOCUMENT – PLEASE BE GENTLE,” the college diploma arrived bent and damaged. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for such an important document. Complaint will be issued.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .

Good day,
I lost my passport and was told that having fill out a report on the State Department web site, I can then apply for a new passport. I went to the location about 9:20am, but they start at 10am for passport applications, so I just went back to my car and sat for a few minutes and went back inside about 9:40 am and joined the line, at 9:45 am a young man from around the counter ask who is doing passport application and Myself and about three others said yes. I was relieved, the gentleman was courteous, and professional, also the other lady that I paid the $35 dollars was also very helpful and pleasant. By 10am I was out of the Post Office. My day started with a positive note because of kind people like them. Big shout out to the staff. Thank you.

After a long day of running around trying to renew my passport for a name change, I was finally able to get help at this location. Even though there was only one guy there to help at the time, he provided excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the staff has become very rude and unhelpful over the years. What was once a good location is now full of angry clerks. I would highly recommend using another location.

After visiting 3 postal offices for a passport, the staff (O’Neill and Sue) helped me within 10 minutes. They really redeemed my hope in USPS. The other locations Woodhaven and Lefferts gave me a hard time. For U.S. Citizens, this process should be seamless. Thank you to this office!!

Came here on a wing and a prayer to get passports for my children. I noticed a sign stating they were short staffed and were not processing any passports today. I decided to take a chance and ask. I was in luck. Marion told me he could help but he has to take care of the packages and mail first. And if I didn't mind waiting a bit he could help me. I was so appreciative. He was patient and kind. I'm so happy he was able to help us. Great customer service!
