Only one widow worked when I reached there with a long line of people waiting. There was a black female stuff at window 5 who was extremely rude with really bad attitude. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!.

There is ONE employee at all times. They’ve locked the self service parcels and made it pretty much inaccessible to mail packages that are even prepaid. It’s like they want to make their lives harder

I have been to this post office and that the people there were nice and helpful. Also, I went to this post office to mail a letter and to buy stamp and put it on the mail and sent it out. There were people in there waiting in the line and doing other things.

This place is the biggest joke in New York City. Why is the service here so consistently poor? Simple reason: management is either highly incompetent or management could care less about you.

The post office is not large enough/organized enough to support the traffic that comes through. The line was slow and twisted through the mail room making it quite inconvenient.
The facility has nice decoration along the ceiling walls - abet faded

We made an appointment weeks in advance and adjusted our July 4th weekend plans just to make it. USPS canceled on us last minute, which we found out the day of. Neither remorse nor compensation for lost time, terrible!

Ridiculously understaffed and poor service. Self service kiosks were also out of order and no one was at the single open window. Prepare to wait in an hour line just to drop off a prepaid package.

The passport acceptance agent turned an 80 years old away because she had a scheduled appointment 2 weeks from now. Mind you she showed up during the walk-in time. But walk-ins not accepted because a future appointment exists? Hello?
